Track-1 is the New Generation integral helmet by Suomy, made in TRICARBOCO composite (aramidic fibers/Carbon/Fiberglass), characterized by dynamic and performing shapes, designed and developed in wind tunnel to have the best performances and balance between street and track use.

Inners are produced with the best technologies to guarantee reliability and comfort to all bikers. The typical performances of the world of competitions meet touring-racing ones to create a combination of technical solutions, suitable to all routes and tracks.

Shell

The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that allows to obtain a lighter shell but at the same time harder and more protective.

The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with aramid resins and fiberglass that ensure a light shell but much more resistant to impacts

To satisfy even the most exigent customers, Track-1 is produced in two different shells: M and L

Internal protective Polystyrene

Internal polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics. Studied in four variable densities allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact.

Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power.

Different densities of the polystyrene allow optimizing the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet.

Visor

The visor is in Polycarbonate injected, anti-scratch, optic in class 1 with variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm.

The visor has a side lock for a better stability and easily removable without any tool thanks to a practical mechanism.

Track-1 is equipped with PINLOCK® Max Vision 70 lens included.

Ventilation

Internal polystyrene was studied to work in symbiosis with the three air intakes on the external fiber shell. Particular channeling, obtained on polystyrene, allow an optimal ventilation of air flow intake into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the hot air.

Interior

The cheek pads and the internal comfort padding can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made in hydrocool, a precious fabric with specific fibers that offers the following features:

• Easy outflow of body moisture
• Keep the correct temperature
• Light fabric, soft and breathable
• Cheek pads are ready for Bluetooth earphone  
• Cheek pads have an emergency system to quickly remove them in case of needs

Retention system

The helmet is equipped with a double-D-ring fastener, which allows the chin strap to be easily loosened.
