How it works:

Sending returns within Germany

Using our returns portal from DHL you can send a cancellation for 6.90 EUR cost-effectively (within Germany) via DHL. The shipping costs will be charged with your return.

1. Enter the order number below and (if required) the email address of your order.
2. Click on the "DHL Returns" button to access the DHL Returns Portal.
3. If necessary, correct the sender address and click on "Send e-mail".
4. Check your e-mail box and print out the return label in the e-mail attachment.
5. Place the fully completed return form with your goods in the original parcel or in another sturdy box.
6. Visibly attach the return label to your package.
7. Deliver the parcel to a post office, packing station or parcel box. Done!

Please note:

• Only one parcel label can be printed and used per order.
• If you have received an order in several parcels (part delivery), please return the goods to us in one parcel.
• Please use our DHL returns portal for your return delivery. You may incur higher costs if you return goods using a different logistics company. You will be invoiced for any additional costs incurred.

Sending returns inside the EU and Switzerland

For returning the package now more easily, you have the option to buy in our online shop a parcel label as product for an inexpensive return shipping. We create manually after your purchase, a parcel label and send you the shipping label within one business day via e-mail.

1. Buy the parcel label online
2. After your purchase we create a parcel label manually and send the shipping label to you via e-mail within one business day.
3. Check your e-mail inbox and if necessary the spam folder and print the parcel label found in the e-mail attachment
4. Put the filled in return form with in a box with the goods
5. Stick the parcel label on the box
6. Hand in the box at the specified post office. Done!

Sending returns outside the EU

In order for us to receive your return as quickly as possible, please return the package to us using a shipping company of your choice and attach the invoice in triplicate and the return form to the outside of the package. Additionally, mark on the invoice all items you are returning and indicate the value of the merchandise. Mark your package with a thick felt marker and write "Return" on the box. Also, let your shipping provider know that this is a return only. This way your package will be processed as a return at customs and we will receive your shipment back faster. Please make sure that any applicable taxes and fees are paid by you. We cannot cover any charges incurred and cannot accept your shipment. If your shipment is returned by DHL Express, DHL Express will charge us 40 euros in handling fees, which we must deduct from the purchase price.
