Multi-density EPS

The multi-density EPS is designed to absorb impact energy under a variety of conditions—including varying temperatures, speeds, and impact surfaces.

Nolan uses several dedicated EPS inner shells across the entire size range. This allows the helmet to conform more precisely to the rider’s head, improving both comfort and protection.

The result is a structure that manages energy more evenly and allows the helmet to conform more naturally and snugly to the head.

Ultra-Wide Shield

The Ultra-Wide shield offers an expanded field of view for greater visibility and a more open riding experience.

Made from high-quality polycarbonate, Nolan shields are manufactured in-house to ensure consistently high optical clarity and durability.

Pinlock® Anti-Fog Inner Shield

Included depending on the model. Thanks to the patented adjustment system, the tension of the Pinlock® inner shield can be adjusted from the outside of the shield without having to remove it. The Full Silicone Border (FSB) not only enlarges the air chamber between the helmet’s exterior and interior—further reducing the risk of fogging—but also minimizes the risk of scratches on the shield.

VPS Vision Protection System

The integrated VPS sunshield offers adjustable sun protection with 4 or 5 positions and UV protection up to 400 nm. It is made of pre-tinted polycarbonate and ensures long-lasting color fastness and durability, complemented by anti-fog and scratch-resistant treatments. Some models feature Nolan’s patented automatic retraction system for quick retraction.

N-Series Lining

The N-Series lining is designed for everyday comfort and uses a soft, breathable fabric made from recycled polyamide to support temperature management and a consistently good fit.

The choice of materials reflects a more conscious approach without compromising performance. The open mesh structure improves airflow inside the helmet, while the removable padding and the LPC system allow for easy adjustment of the fit to suit different riding conditions and preferences.

One-Piece Cheek Pads

The foam-based inner padding of the cheek pads is designed to provide more even pressure and consistent performance over time compared to conventional pads. The padding can also be removed from the fabric covers to make washing the pads easier.

“Clima Comfort” Inner Padding

A new concept featuring inner padding made of micro-perforated, dual-density fabric. Combined with the “AirBooster Technology” upper ventilation system, it distributes air to the upper part of the rider’s head. The neck roll is removable, washable, and adjustable, allowing it to easily adapt to the rider’s shape and to the various adjustments required by different riding positions.

Molded recess for the cheek pads in the polystyrene

The helmet features a molded recess for the inner cheek pads in the polystyrene, which allows for a more precise fit of the fabric inner cheek pads. This fairing, which gives the product a high-quality finish, also serves as a housing for the earpieces of the N-Com communication system.

Eyewear Adaptive System

The Eyewear Adaptive System was developed to create space inside the helmet for eyeglasses.
It improves comfort for riders who wear eyeglasses by reducing pressure in the temple area.

Air Booster Technology

AirBooster Technology is Nolan’s ventilation system featuring integrated channels in the EPS inner shell that direct airflow through the helmet.

Fresh air is channeled from the front and top air intakes to the rear air outlets, enabling targeted ventilation and efficient cooling.
