The secret formula

After the great success of the two models of socks (LUXURY MERINOS and ARROW MERINOS) whose composition contained merino wool, SIXS decided to expand the range with a special line: MERINOS WOOL.

Specific winter line with thermal regulation properties of wool superior to all other natural fibers and therefore excellent as a cold barrier!

Position of the materials

SIXS wanted the comfort of the product to be equal to that of the other products in the SIXS catalog. For this reason, SIXS decided to put polypropylene inside in direct contact with the skin and keep the wool (merino) (known to be a bit rougher and bristlier than other yarns) outside.

Wool has thermoregulation properties superior to all other natural fibers and acts as a barrier against cold. Polypropylene, on the other hand, is a hydrophobic yarn, meaning it does not absorb liquids and manages sweat optimally. Finally, carbon fiber helps regulate heat, improves microcirculation of the body and is bactericidal (fights bad odors) and antistatic.
