The premium offering in the Rev'It! base layer collection, the Heliox pants (which pair perfectly with the base layer shirt of the same name) stand for year-round versatility and comfort.

Simplicity at the forefront

With its uncluttered aesthetic, the product speaks for itself. The close-fitting Heliox pants consist only of a crotch insert and inner seams. Fewer seams mean fewer pressure points that rest directly on the skin. They also feature a seamless waistband and ankle hem, which add depth and fullness to the otherwise “simple” style.

Year-round functionality

The Heliox pants are made of 47% merino wool, 34% polyamide, 14% polyester, and 5% elastane, which corresponds to a merino weight of 200 gr./m². With this blend, riders can enjoy the changing seasons without having to change their base layers. They are also a nice addition to our base layer collection, which consists mainly of synthetic material.

Always ready to ride

The Heliox pants have a unisex fit and are close-fitting. This allows them to retain heat when needed or wick sweat away from the body when temperatures rise.

3D circular knitting technology

Seamless, 3D circular knit clothing offers maximum comfort and functionality for a wide range of physical activities, including motorcycling. The term 3D comes from the structure and shape of the circular knit. Manufactured on a circular knitting machine, seamless clothing offers high elasticity for a perfect fit. The almost complete absence of seams allows for optimal comfort and important functionality: there is little susceptibility to torn seams or dropped stitches, etc., which increases the garment's lifespan. Any seams that are absolutely necessary are extremely flat so that they do not crease. The result is functionality and comfort at the highest level.
