The Laguna Seca 5 2pcs. suit, made entirely of tutu cowhide, is the essence of sporty road riding. Equipped with a system of fastening at the waist between jacket and pants, it is the first 2-piece to benefit from the Tri-Axial stretch insert on the back, which combined with inserts in S1 stretch fabric and stretch inserts in Microelastic 2.0 leather offers levels of ergonomics and mobility never achieved before.

Maximum protection comes from direct experience on the track, and is guaranteed by certified composite protectors on shoulders, elbows and knees, soft Pro-Shape 2.0 protectors on the hips and removable sliders on the elbows (RSS).

The presence of replaceable aluminum plates on shoulders and elbows ensures greater resistance to abrasion at the joints in the event of a fall, aiding sliding. The breathable lining with inserts in 3D Bubble fabric and ventilation zippers on the chest and thighs ensure extreme thermal comfort and versatility in all seasons, even in the hottest climates.

Is an exclusive Dainese patent. This technology allows for the boots to be worn under a dedicated suit. It has been developed to guarantee the best level of safety, as it reduces the number of garment parts that might get caught in the motorcycle during a fall. The technology also ensures better aerodynamics and comfort thanks to the reduction of the boots‘ volume and the increased adherence of the rider‘s leg to the vehicle.

Tutu leather

Is a cowhide leather developed and engineered to ensure high performance levels in terms of abrasion, tear, cut, and traction resistance. Selected premium quality raw materials guarantee extreme comfort, while ensuring the best performance even when exposed to extreme conditions thanks to its water- and oil-repellent properties.

Triaxial

Is a Dainese patented technology, the evolution of the bi-axial concept. This special construction creates a continuous elasticated channel that can stretch in three directions, offering unprecedented mobility, exceptional comfort and agility as it follows the rider’s movements in every direction. Additional stitching has been removed to decrease the risk of abrasion, and to significantly improve safety.

Micro-Elastic

This Dainese patented technology has raised safety and comfort to new levels: it consists of one large panel in leather with elasticated bellows stretching perpendicularly in two directions, width and length, offering the wearer greater freedom of movement in the kidney area (when hunched over the fuel tank) as well as in the chest area and arms.

Nanofeel® liner

Innovative lining in bacteriostatic polyester yarn developed through nanotechnology research. Treating the nano-particles with silver ions ensures greater efficacy in terms of antibacterial and anti-odor properties, durability and wash resistance, as the silver particles are incorporated in the fiber itself and not merely applied to the outside, as in the case of conventional bacteriostatic yarns.

3D Bubble

Designed and tested to meet the needs of racers like Valentino Rossi, this special three-dimensional fabric enables an air chamber to be created between the inside and the outside of the garment; this chamber forms an insulating liner that maintains an ideal microclimate during both summer and winter.

Pro-Shape 2.0

Is the protector inspired by auxetics, forms found in nature with the quality of expanding in any direction when pulled or put under pressure. Made of carbon elastomer material, it can absorb 83% of impact force without any of it being transmitted to the body. Open across 55% of its surface, it allows for a continuous flow of air, for optimal perspiration management. Due to its pre-curved structure, it perfectly adapts to the rider’s movements, guaranteeing superior stability and freedom of movement.
