The TRILOBITE® Core Monolayer AA motorcycle jeans are designed for riders looking for everyday motorcycle jeans that offer high protection and maximum comfort. Thanks to its modern monolayer construction, this model also does not require additional protective layers yet still achieves protection class AA.

The TRI-STRETCHER® Pro 3.0 denim used combines natural and synthetic fibers into a lightweight, flexible, and durable fabric. The blend of cotton, nylon, polyester, and Lycra ensures a comfortable denim feel, high freedom of movement, and enhanced abrasion resistance.

With a tested abrasion time of five seconds at seventy-five kilometers per hour, the Core Monolayer reliably meets the requirements of protection class AA. Integrated, certified Level 2 knee and hip protectors, which are height-adjustable in the knee area, complement the safety concept.

The regular comfort fit makes these jeans the ideal companion for everyday life, commuting, and relaxed rides.

A mix of four different synthetic polymer with cotton base. Will be used as MONOLAYER SOLID AA jeans or together with aramid.
