The Carve Master 4 Gore-Tex Jacket is the latest evolution of Dainese's sport touring motorcycle jacket. Ideal for touring even in low temperatures, it offers maximum comfort and performance. The new impermeable GORE-TEX ePE membrane guarantees waterproofing as a shield against rain and excellent breathability. The elastic construction follows the body's every movement in the saddle thanks to the wide inserts made of Mugello stretch fabric, which is soft, lightweight, yet robust. The personalized fit is softer than the previous version and offers maximum riding comfort thanks to the multiple adjustment options on the hips, arms, cuffs, and collar.

The removable thermal lining allows you to regulate your body heat, offering maximum comfort even in the coldest seasons. Complemented by ventilation on the chest, back, and sleeves that can be operated with one hand, the jacket proves to be extremely versatile.

Certified to Class AA, with the highest Dainese safety standards, guaranteed by the soft and ventilated Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors on the elbows and shoulders, inspired by the geometry of natural fractals, and the PU/plastic shoulder plates. Protection can be enhanced thanks to the pockets for the back protector and Pro-Armor chest protector, as well as compatibility with the Dainese Smart Air airbag with D-air® technology.

Equipped with functional details such as two waterproof outer pockets, a zipper for attachment to pants, and a map pocket on the wrist, CARVE MASTER 4 is the iconic jacket with a sporty look that combines technology, the highest quality, and practicality for endless rides with maximum comfort and performance.

Mugello fabric

Mugello fabric is a textile material made from micro-nylon and elastomer fabric. This makes the material particularly durable and offers optimal comfort: after stretching, it returns to its original shape, ensuring great freedom of movement. Thanks to the nanotechnology applied to the material, air drying is sufficient to restore its oil and water-repellent features. This means that the garments do not need to be ironed.

GORE-TEX® ePE membrane

The latest generation Gore-tex® ePE membrane ensures that your feet stay dry and comfortable at all times. The membrane insulates them from water even in bad weather. It guarantees excellent breathability. Thanks to the rapid removal of sweat vapor from the shoe, you feel comfortable for longer. The ideal solution for motorcycle tours, even in changeable weather conditions. The selected material layers of the Gore-tex® ePE membrane make it light and thin and ensure high performance.

Jacket-pants attachment system
