SUPER SPEED 5 Leather Jacket Perf is a racing jacket made of high-quality D-Skin 2.0 cowhide leather, featuring an aerodynamic, technical, and sporty design with a racing hump. Designed for riders who enjoy sporty riding and an aggressive track look.

The new elastic systems with ribs of varying densities offer superior ergonomics, performance, and precision while riding all day long. The adjustable cuffs and waist, the comfortable collar construction, the Microelastic 2.0 inserts, and the new Airlastic ribs all contribute to creating a jacket with racing-inspired ergonomics.

Certified to EN 17092 Class AA, it guarantees a high level of protection without compromising comfort or mobility. This is ensured by the replaceable RSS 4.0 elbow sliders, aluminum inserts on the shoulders, Level 2-certified composite elbow protectors, and the soft Level 2 Pro-Armor shoulder protectors. The level of protection can be increased thanks to compatibility with the Smart Air vest featuring the D-air® system, as well as with a back protector and chest protectors.

The abrasion-resistant ARROW XF fabric on the underarms and the inner side of the elbows is designed to promote comfort and freedom of movement in the areas subject to the most wear and tear, while localized perforations help improve ventilation while riding.

The jacket offers additional practicality and functionality thanks to the waterproof inner pocket, two outer pockets, the 3D Bubble comfort lining, and reflective inserts for the motorcyclist’s safety and visibility on the road.

D-Skin 2.0 Leather

D-Skin 2.0 is another product of excellence from the D-Tec division. The material sets new standards in terms of abrasion, tensile, and tear resistance and offers maximum comfort thanks to its softness and flexibility. D-Skin 2.0 is made from carefully selected, full-grain cowhide leather characterized by long, intact fibers. It has the same thickness as other cowhide leathers used in Dainese’s collection. Special treatments with resins and silicone waxes enhance the technical features of this premium leather. D-skin 2.0 leather is typically between 1.1 and 1.3 mm thick.

Arrow XF

Arrow XF is a revolutionary, elastic fabric developed by the Dainese Technology Center. This innovative material has been optimized to deliver unmatched performance even under the most extreme conditions, setting new standards for abrasion, cut, and tear resistance. The unique composition of this fabric ensures exceptional four-way freedom of movement. Furthermore, since no lining is required for the garment’s construction, Arrow XF always offers a perfect fit. Another key feature of this innovative fabric is its breathability: air can pass through the fabric, maintaining a constant internal temperature and preventing the rider from overheating.

S1 Fabric

The S1 fabric was developed to enhance comfort and facilitate ventilation within the garment. The material consists of elastomer with a Cordura polyamide coating, delivering unmatched mechanical strength, high elasticity, and superior comfort. The use of nanotechnology ensures optimal water- and oil-repellent features.

Pro-Armor

Pro-Armor is a patented technology by Dainese that provides protectors with both a high level of protection and extreme flexibility by mimicking the body’s biomechanics, thereby ensuring extreme mobility and optimal coverage. Pro-Armor utilizes an innovative design language inspired by fractals—a pattern found in nature at various levels of iteration.
