ZPLATE

ZPLATE®, an exclusive TCX project, is a special insert in the midsole of motorcycle shoes that offers a perfect combination of safety and freedom of movement. TCX shoes with ZPLATE® in the midsole protect against impact and crushing thanks to their lateral rigidity. Their longitudinal flexibility follows all the natural movements of the foot, even when walking.

OrthoLite® footbed

OrthoLite® insoles are designed to provide optimal comfort and perfect support for the sole of the foot, with maximum breathability in every situation. OrthoLite® insoles provide: - Long-lasting cushioning thanks to OrthoLite® polyurethane foam, which provides even cushioning, a good fit and lasting comfort. Throughout the life of the insole, its thickness will not decrease by more than 5% due to compression – so its features will remain. - High breathability for perfect thermal comfort thanks to the open cells of the OrthoLite® foam, which allow air to circulate in and around the footbed, wick away moisture and keep the foot cool and dry.

D3O®

The protective D3O® inserts of the TCX motorcycle shoes for urban use offer an ideal balance between safety, comfort and ergonomics. D3O® is a patented, soft and flexible material that stiffens on impact. In their initial form, the D3O® molecules flow freely due to their non-Newtonian nature, making the material soft and flexible. When an impact occurs, the D3O® molecules lock together, absorbing and dissipating the impact energy, significantly reducing the force transmitted to the body compared to standard materials.
