Not only that, but unlike traditional insoles, the compression set of OrthoLite® insoles is less than 5 percent over time. The compression set indicates how much a material permanently deforms under load. This low value means that the cushioning effect of OrthoLite® insoles and thus the fit of the shoe do not change significantly, which ensures maximum wearing comfort even in the long term. The washable insoles are lightweight, breathable and moisture-regulating thanks to the open-cell polyurethane foam, which is 95 to 100 percent breathable.
