(Light passing through the lens on these sunglasses is corrected to enter the retina more accurately as if the lens weren't there, but typical lenses will refract the light and reduce the perfection of the image – the goal is to keep the photons of light that are passing through the lens to pass through as straight and correctly as possible)These have a certain level of polarization that allows visibility of device screens and doesn't distort artifacts on the road (like tar snakes and puddles)
