Abus Granit Detecto XPlus 2.0, brake disk lock w. alarm

The ABUS GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 brake disc lock sets new standards in terms of quality, protection and convenience.

An intelligent pre-alarm indicates movement at the lock and stops if there is a false alarm. If the lock continues to be attacked, an alarm sounds that is at least 100 dB loud.

Thanks to 3D position detection, the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 reliably detects movements at the lock and initially triggers the intelligent pre-alarm, which stops after seven beeps. Only then, and if there is further movement, does the 100 dB full alarm sound for 15 seconds. In addition, the automatic brake disc detection system knows exactly when the lock is on the disc to secure the bike or not. This means that the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 can be transported in a continuous manner without triggering the alarm function. Different colored LEDs provide information about the activity and battery status at a glance.

The hardened special steel used to make the locking bolt, the housing and the supporting parts of the locking mechanism ensures the necessary material strength. The built-in ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specially optimized to protect against manipulation, e.g. against picking attacks.

Tip

• Brake disc locks are the most compact category of motorcycle locks and are therefore easy to transport
• To increase security during longer parking periods, it is advisable to additionally lock the motorcycle to a fixed object.
