STELLAR 2 is the new Suomy full-face helmet with elegant, dynamic and high-performance shapes, the unmistakable Suomy imprinting, designed and developed in Italy with the most advanced digital technologies, tested in the wind tunnel and on the road to give the best dynamic performance in the ride.

The shell, in 2 sizes, is made of ADT-Advance Thermoplastic material, specifically designed for E2206 approval. The Hydrocool interiors are produced with the best technologies to guarantee reliability, comfort and safety. The typical performances

of the racing world meet the tourist-sports ones to give life to an aerodynamic, versatile, comfortable helmet with technical solutions suitable for any type of road adventure.

Shell

The shell is produced in ADT-Advanced, a mix of thermoplastic resins with very high impact resistance carefully designed to obtain ECE 22.06 approval. To meet the needs of the most demanding motorcyclist, STELLAR2 is made in two different shells (M and L).

Protective Polystyrene

The internal polystyrene shell is made in three sizes (S, M, L) to achieve better ergonomics and is made in variable densities. This feature allows for a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Even if most of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is fundamental for the absorption of residual energy. A different density of polystyrene allows the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system to be optimized, guaranteeing the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet, as required by the strict ECE 22.06 regulation.

Visor

The visor is made of injection-molded, scratch-resistant polycarbonate with variable thickness, easy to remove thanks to a system that does not require any tools. The compact visor mechanism is designed to give greater solidity to the assembly. The visor is also equipped with a “Racing Lock System” (Pat Pend) locking mechanism. This mechanism reduces the possibility of the visor detaching in the event of a collision and allows for more intuitive opening/closing.

Sun shield

STELLAR 2 is equipped with a wide internal sun visor, with cable technology that ensures fluid movement through a button located on the edge of the shell that can be easily operated with the left hand.

Antifog system

STELLAR 2 is equipped with PINLOCK® MAX VISION 120, the most performing antifog system in the market.

Ventilation

It is during the hottest and most demanding journeys that maximum performance is required from the helmet, being able to count on an efficient ventilation system makes is crucial by maintaining the rider’s focus at high levels. STELLAR 2 features four air intake ducts that work in conjunction with a seamlessly integrated extraction channel system, ensuring excellent airflow within the helmet. The extraction of hot air is carefully studied; two embedded air extractors, together with the rear spoiler, create a Venturi effect by sucking in the hot internal air.

Interior

The cheek pads and the internal comfort can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of precious Hydrocool fabric with specific fibers that offer the following features:

• Send away sweat from the head
• Keep fresh and dry
• Light fabric, soft and breathable

Cheek pads are customizable and easily removable in case of emergency thanks to the quick release system.

Retention system

The chin is provided with micrometric buckle retention system enabling an easy release of the retain system.
