The Airflite Dark Helmet features an exclusive black Rubatone finished polycarbonate shell paired with a Dark Smoke Fog-Free Forceshield™.

It also includes a clear, Fog-Free Fliteshield™. Inside, a Dark Smoke internal DropShield™ can be raised and lowered even with gloves on for easy day-to-night riding. The moisture-wicking Hydradry™ liner can be removed and washed. The helmet features ECE22.06 certification.

Fit long oval

The head is long from front to back and narrow from side to side. This shape provides additional forehead clearance for those who find that most helmets have pressure points on the forehead.

Fog-Free Fliteshield

Fog-free coated visor for Icon helmets, with 3D profile for optical clarity.

Icon DropShield™

Instead of wearing an additional FliteShield™ to change the light conditions, activate the getönte DropShield™, which is hidden in the helmet. Including dark tinted Dropshield™.

Venting

4 intake vents, including an MX inspired chin bar vent, and 2 exhaust ports are coupled with deep channeling in the interior energy absorbing EPS foam resulting in superior helmet venting.

Weight

A reduced shell profile helps reduce overall weight, while maintaining the exclusive World Standard of Icon to suit your riding style.

Hydradry™ inner lining

The removable, sweat-wicking Hydradry™ inner lining ensures a comfortable and contoured fit. Air from the ventilation openings is channeled between the comfort liner and the protective, energy-absorbing EPS foam liner to create a near-perfect, rider-oriented interior. The airflow works with the Hydradry™ lining to effectively reduce heat build-up. Combine that with excellent ventilation and a removable breath deflector that creates a near-perfect rider-focused fit.

Double D closure

Due to its simplicity, reliability and safety, the double-D fastener is the fastener used and prescribed for racing. The double-D fastener enables simple and precise adjustment of the chin strap length and holds reliably.

Worldwide standard

Meets DOT FMVSS 218 (US), ECE 22.06 (EUROPE) & PSC (JAPAN) helmet safety standards. Does not come with PSC or MFJ standard stickers unless purchased from an authorized dealer in that country.

ECE 22.06 certified

This helmet is certified and approved in accordance with ECE 22.06. ECE 22.06 is the most widely used and required international helmet standard and is valid in more than 50 countries.
