Limited Edition "MarThainator"

Born from over a decade of relentless research, development, and testing, the Supertech R10 embodies Alpinestars’ uncompromising pursuit of performance and protection.

Developed alongside MotoGP legends and refined through countless wind-tunnel sessions, the S-R10 delivers class-leading aerodynamics, ventilation, and comfort, all in an ultra-lightweight shell engineered for maximum safety and stability at speed.

Included: 2 shields (clear and dark smoke), 2 interchangeable race and standard spoilers (Race and Road), a tear-offs set, a Pinlock lens, a wind deflector, a breath deflector, and a helmet bag.

Features

• Carbon Shell Construction: Multi-layer composite of 3K high-density carbon, uni-directional carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass ensures superior impact energy dispersion and penetration resistance
• ECE 22.06, DOT, and FIM Certified: Exceeds standard impact performance by 37% for linear and 65% for rotational impacts
• A-Head Fitment System: Fully adjustable height and angle for a custom fit
• Aerodynamic Excellence: Developed with CFD simulations, wind tunnel testing, and track validation for reduced drag and maximum stability. Includes two spoilers (Road & Race) with a patented release system
• Optimized Ventilation: 11 vents, including 7 intakes (3 in the chin guard, 4 on top) and 4 exhausts for superior airflow and cooling
• Advanced Shield System: Optical Class 1 visor with anti-fog/anti-scratch coating, metal locking mechanism, wide 220° lateral and 57° vertical visibility. Quick-release, tool-less system for easy visor changes
• EPS Liner: Eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six specific densities for optimized impact absorption and fit

Construction

• Multi-Density EPS Liner: Optimized to absorb impact forces with a low-friction coating for enhanced rotational force management
• Enhanced Chin Bar Protection: Raised profile with EPP liner to reduce collarbone injury risk
• Patented Impact Management Technology: Inner surface is polished and coated to minimize friction, allowing independent head movement to reduce transmitted rotational and rotational impact forces
• Emergency Cheek Pad Release System: Allows for easy removal by trackside medical teams

Protection

• Lightweight Design: Just 1,540 grams (3.4 lbs) in size Medium, offering an optimal weight-to-protection ratio
• Shell Structure: Multi-composite construction bonded with epoxy resin for maximum strength and controlled deflection
• Aerodynamics: Designed for stability at high speeds, reducing strain on the neck and minimizing wind noise. Includes lateral winglets and turbulators for improved aero-acoustic performance
• Customizable Fit: Four outer and inner shell sizes ensure a precise fit
• Hydration System Ready: Integrated channels for hydration tube compatibility
• Removable & Washable Lining: Anti-microbial, moisture-wicking fabric for maximum comfort and hygiene
