Description Topcase

The Shad TERRA series top cases stand out since they are the lightest aluminum case on the market. Designed and made 100% in Barcelona.

Its innovative design minimizes visual impact on the motorcycle. It also boasts all technical features that have made the TERRA range a benchmark, such as the ‘TERRA Lock System’ (patent pending). The TERRA top case has been awarded with the ABC Awards, thanks to its design focused on solving key aspects for the use on adventure motorcycles.

Features

• Aerodynamic, integrated structure made from a hardened aluminum alloy, a stronger and lighter type of aluminum which allows a reduced cross-section of 1.2 mm to obtain minimum weight with maximum resistance
• Internal foam base that reduces the movement of the inside load
• The case’s rubber sealed frame protects the interior from unfavorable weather conditions (water resistance)
• Possibility of adding additional load thanks to its external AISI 304 stainless steel hooks
• Requires the installation of a SHAD Top Master and a mounting plate (not included)
• Three options of mounting plates: SHAD standard plate (D1B591PA), the Aluminum mounting plate or the Black Aluminum mounting plate (D1BTRPA2)
• “TERRA Lock System” patented (pending)
• The keys and lock cylinder are the new premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the chance of theft and with a cover that stops dust from entering
• The lock cylinders are easy to change: You can unify the top & side cases to use it with one key

With an AISI 304 industrial grade stainless steel structure which includes the lock system and a retractable carrying handle. This structure was designed for quick, one-hand usage and allows the user to open, close, remove, and transport the case within seconds.

Optional accessories

• The optional two pieces backrest (D0RI75) made with two layers of polyurethane foam, covered in synthetic leather with two textures, which guarantees total comfort for the passenger
• Expandable inner bag (X0IB10)

The Shad Terra side case is designed, engineered and made 100% in Barcelona.

Made from hardened aluminum alloy, a stronger and lighter type of aluminum which allows a reduced cross-section of 1.2mm to obtain a minimum weight with maximum resistance. Includes the patented (pending) “TERRA Lock System”.

• It has an aerodynamic, integrated structure made from a hardened aluminum alloy
• Side opening: perfect for “packing”, with large capacity and space, and an internal tray that allows you to hold your belongings, keep them tidy and prevent them from falling out when you open the suitcase
• The case’s rubber sealed frame protects the interior from unfavorable weather conditions (water resistance)
• The keys and lock cylinder are the new premium version from SHAD (3 lock cylinders and 2 keys included, only in right-hand case!), that reduces the chance of theft and with a cover that stops dust from entering
