Hyperpro believes that the suspension of many motorcycles (e.g. BMW models with front and rear shocks) suffers after a few years due to their age. The damping characteristics deteriorate and the springs used are on average a little too soft. Shock absorbers are also prone to wear and tear and need to be serviced when possible or replaced after a certain period of time. (Hyperpro advises a service interval of 25,000 km or 2 years).

But why spend a lot of money on a suspension system if you are not a sport rider or want to make a long trip to Siberia or over the South American trails and only have the desire to ride well and safely?

There are many reasons to have a better suspension, such as ride comfort, easier cornering, no problems with passengers and/or luggage, better braking, less tire wear. It would be a shame if you couldn't take advantage of your motorcycle's capabilities just because the suspension is bad or fails.

• A front and rear Hyperpro emulsion shock absorber with adjustable rebound damping
• Progressive springs in Hyperpro Purple or Black colors
• A hydraulic preload adjuster for the rear shock absorber

Hyperpro BMW "Telelever" Streetboxes are available for many BMW models with front and rear shocks, but without the ESA system. Streetboxes for BMW's with conventional fork springs and struts are available in the Hyperpro Streetbox program.
