TCX Airtech 3 GTX, boots Gore-Tex

Men's motorcycle boot Airtech 3 GTX with microfiber upper and highly breathable functional fabric combined with a Gore-Tex® membrane. The Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane is optimized for breathability in warmer climates to keep the foot cool and dry at all times.

The Airtech 3 GTX motorcycle boots feature reflective inserts, a rear loop for easier donning, protectors on the ankle, toe and heel, reinforcement in the shift area and thermoformed protection on the shin.

Airtech 3 GTX is equipped with a stretch panel on the zipper to facilitate the wrapping of the ankle and instep, a technology derived from racing boots. The boot is designed to achieve maximum comfort at every stage of riding and when getting off the bike; the slim structure, inspired by the sportiest models, makes it particularly lightweight.

The Groundtrax® sole with specific tread and special compound guarantees optimum abrasion resistance and perfect grip on the controls of the motorcycle, even in the rain.

The OrthoLite® insole with durable and breathable cushioning provides maximum comfort to the foot at all times.

Gore-Tex® membrane

This fine material has important features such as long-term waterproofing, excellent resistance to the most extreme temperatures and high wear resistance.

The special microporous structure of the GORE-TEX fabric, made from expanded PTFE, contains around 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimeter. These pores are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor.

While water cannot penetrate the GORE-TEX membrane in liquid form, perspiration (water vapor) can easily evaporate. The result is a completely waterproof barrier that means the shoe can be used in all climates and guarantees maximum comfort and optimal breathability.

Long-term cushioning: OrthoLite® foam compresses less than 5% of its thickness over the lifetime of the footbed, so the cushioning, fit, comfort and performance never change.

High level breathability: the open-cells of the OrthoLite® foam, allows air to circulate in and around the footbed, moving the moisture away and keeping the foot cooler and drier.

Groundtrax® outsole

Groundtrax® outsoles are designed to provide stability, grip and traction both at the footpegs and after you get out of the saddle. This is due to the design of the lugs and grooves and the choice of rubber compound, which also maximizes wear resistance and self-cleaning of the tread. The sole has a special switching area to ensure greater precision during the ride.
