Leather

The biker's “second skin” is still ahead of almost all textile materials in terms of safety and abrasion resistance. Held leather is characterized by its high abrasion and tear resistance, breathability, and comfort, and with the right care, it has an extremely long service life.

The material stretches when worn, allowing the leather to adapt perfectly to the body and thus guaranteeing an optimal fit for protectors. Leather clothing should therefore always be purchased in a tight fit.

D3O® protectors

D3O® protectors are made from material that contains intelligent molecules that move freely under normal conditions. This means that the protectors are soft and flexible in their normal state and fit comfortably to the body. In the event of a sudden impact (such as a fall), the molecules close together in a flash, providing excellent shock absorption. D3O® protectors react within a fraction of a second and return to their original state just as quickly once the impact is over. This process can be repeated as often as necessary without reducing the performance of the material.

Safety seam

The safety seam is used in all areas of motorcycle clothing that are at risk of impact, such as the pelvis, knees, arms, and back, especially in reinforced areas.

Conventional seams connect the layers of an outer garment with just one thread. In the event of a fall, the thread is cut, the material layers separate, and protection is no longer provided.

The additional safety seam consists of two seams, one of which is concealed. This means that in the event of a fall, only the upper thread is cut, while the concealed thread continues to hold the material together.
