The whole challenge was to develop a fabric that will bring comfort, safety and at the same time meet demanding requirements in the final product cut, wear, tear, abrasion and chemical resistance during CE Certification tests. Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim is a special mix of Aramid, Nylon, Polyester, Cotton and Lycra patented by Bikers Crown Ltd., the sole owner and designer of Trilobite motorcycle jeans. With recent brakthroughs in synthetic fibres, motorcycle riding jeans can be made lighter than ever.

New generation of synthetic and polyethylene fibers makes it possible to blend Polyester, nylon, Elastane and other yarns, like natural, into a completely new, sophisticated fabric for the production of Trilobite motorcycle jeans. Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim is a modern fabric which embodies the future of riding. Made from a mix of materials from polyamide family (their synthetic polymer) like Nylon and aromatic polyamides like Aramids or Polyurethane made from Elastane including natural cotton fabric. thats unique for its amazing strength while still being light in weight. Some parts of the structure are stronger than steel, some lighter than water, and some of them are stretchabel. Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim is one clever "team" of different fibers woven together that will protect you in case of an accident with the same performance as leather, but without compromising on comfort.
