Developed for the protection of astronauts against extreme fluctuations in temperature, Outlast® is a phase-change-material, which is filled with millions of microcapsules.
When your temperature rises due to physical activity or a change in the weather, the microcapsules react by absor-bing heat. When the opposite occurs, they release the stored heat to help keep you at a comfortable temperature. So temperature fluctuations are reduced, enhancing the comfort provided by your motorcycle suit, and in particular, avoiding overheating of your body.
