Carbon Fiber
LS2 uses multiple layers of its exclusive, wide-weave carbon fiber. This creates a very lightweight yet extremely strong shell that disperses impact energy, ensuring a safe ride.
Hypoallergenic
We use hypoallergenic technical fabrics that wick away moisture, keeping you comfortably cool while riding.
Laser-Cut Foam
The multi-density foam is cut using LS2’s 3-D laser technology and shaped so that the contours perfectly adapt to the rider’s face, preventing any areas where heat can build up.
Reflective Safety Strip
To provide the rider with greater safety at night and in low-visibility conditions, the neck roll has been fitted with a reflective safety strip that glows in the dark when illuminated by the headlights of other vehicles.
Double D-ring
On this model, a classic D-ring buckle system ensures a secure fit. Thread the strap through BOTH D-rings, then pull it first through one ring and then through the other. Pull the strap until it is tight and cannot slip out.
Emergency Release System
Our emergency release system allows first responders to remove the cheek pads from the helmet so they can take the helmet off an injured rider’s head and neck with minimal movement. Ideally, a second person should hold the helmet steady while the pads are being removed to prevent it from shifting. Slide your finger through the red loop and gently pull to remove the pads. Pull the cheek pads over the straps and out of the helmet.
Breath Deflector
LS2 helmets feature a breath deflector that reduces fogging when the helmet is closed and allows the rider to breathe more easily when the shield is open.
