Impressive functionality

The large integrated QSV-2 sunshield offers excellent glare protection even when the sun is low.

A deeply branched ventilation system ensures fresh air and cooling even when the helmet is closed.

The revolutionary SHOEI COMLINK interface allows perfect integration of the SRL3 MESH communication system from SENA.

Smooth outer surfaces and transitions keep noise levels low for the rider.

The micro-ratchet closure on the comfortably narrow chin strap makes it easy to put on and take off this helmet model from SHOEI.

Individual comfort

The three different outer shell sizes (XS-M | L | XL-XXL) allow for a wide range of sizes for the SHOEI GT-Air 3 and, at the same time, an optimal ratio of helmet to rider size.

The three-dimensionally shaped head padding, the pre-formed cheek pads with noise isolator, and the chin strap padding are completely removable and washable.

Head and cheek pads in different thicknesses are available for individual adjustment of the helmet. The fit of the helmet can be adjusted vertically with a pad that can be inserted into the upper head area.

The cheek pads, which extend to the back of the head and have a voluminous underside, together with the removable ear pads, contribute effectively to noise insulation.

Comprehensive safety

The outer shell of the SHOEI GT-Air 3, made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), in combination with a polystyrene core system composed of several elements with different absorption capacities, offers optimal impact protection that meets the requirements of the ECE-R 22.06 test standard.

The pleasantly narrow chin strap with micro ratchet closure is comfortable to use and keeps the helmet securely in place.

Magnificent view

The standard-fit, clear CNS-3C shield opens up an almost unrestricted horizontal and vertical field of vision. It provides a good overview of traffic conditions for greater safety in hectic road traffic.

Its characteristic upper edge, which is inclined towards the helmet shell, prevents drafts and rainwater from entering.

The shield can be opened without twisting and closed reliably using the centrally positioned locking mechanism.

For additional fresh air while riding, the shield mechanism allows the shield to be opened slightly.

The anti-fog PINLOCK®EVO shield included with the helmet ensures unobstructed vision even in adverse weather conditions.

The integrated, high-quality QSV-2 sun shield of the SHOEI GT-Air 3 can be extended continuously and covers the usable field of vision almost completely, even downwards. It can be easily replaced without tools with an optional yellow-tinted shield with a contrast-enhancing effect. This additional shield ensures optimum visibility for many applications and weather conditions.

Controlled airflow

Smooth surfaces and transitions reduce the helmet's wind resistance and noise levels for the wearer, but the integrated spoilers on the sides and rear of the helmet reveal the sporty character of the SHOEI GT-Air 3.

Ventilation inlets directed directly into the airflow take in fresh air to reduce the temperature and humidity inside the SHOEI GT-Air 3.

A removable filter in the lower front ventilation prevents insects from entering.

Elevated ventilation controls allow operation even with thick gloves, enabling the helmet to be used in cold temperatures or during the cold season.

Perfect connection

With the new SHOEI COMLINK interface, the GT-Air 3 is ready for the SRL3 Mesh communication system from SENA®, available exclusively from the SHOEI range of accessories.

When paired with a cell phone, navigation device, or other intercom devices, the SRL3 Mesh provides information and entertainment while riding and fits almost invisibly into the GT-Air 3 helmet shell.

With its high-end speakers, high-quality microphone, and Harman-Kardon® sound system, the SRL3 Mesh delivers rich sound and crystal-clear voice transmission.
