O poliestireno de proteção interna é produzido em dois tamanhos (M e L) para oferecer um conforto correto.

O poliestireno é composto por diferentes partes com densidades variáveis; esta caraterística permite uma absorção gradual e progressiva da energia produzida pelo impacto.

Mesmo que a maior parte da energia do impacto seja absorvida pelo revestimento exterior, graças à sua capacidade de deformação, o papel do poliestireno é fundamental na absorção da energia residual.

O poliestireno de proteção interna foi concebido para funcionar em simbiose com as entradas de ar do casco. Ranhuras particulares no poliestireno permitem um fluxo contínuo de ar, garantindo uma excelente ventilação dentro do capacete e uma rápida descarga de ar quente.

Casca feita de uma mistura de resina termoplástica moldada por injeção com alta resistência ao impacto.

Protective Polystyrene

The internal protective polystyrene is produced in two sizes (M and L) to offer correct comfort.

Polystyrene is made up of different parts with variable densities; this feature allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.

Even if most of the impact power is absorbed by the outer shell, thanks to its ability to deform, the role of the polystyrene is fundamental in absorbing the residual energy.

The internal protective polystyrene has been designed to work in symbiosis with the air intakes of the shell. Particular grooves on the polystyrene allow a continuous flow of air, ensuring excellent ventilation inside the helmet and a rapid discharge of hot air.

ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic shell

Shell made of an injection moulded, thermoplastic resin mix with high impact resistance.
