To create a weatherproof jacket that offers style and protection in equal measure, IXS has redesigned the Rapid-STX 1.0 jacket with a multi-layer construction and ensured that it meets all requirements.
This all-weather jacket has a multi-layer construction consisting of the proven 2-layer 450D X-Stretch outer material, which is elastic and follows your every move, as well as an optimized fit. The durable material, which is also airbag ready, has been combined with a laminated solto-TEX® membrane, which makes the jacket not only waterproof and windproof, but also fully breathable. For even more comfort, the airy mesh lining is breathable and keeps your body temperature optimal.
The hem, lower sleeves and cuffs are adjustable for the perfect fit. For longer rides, soft inserts have also been added to the collar to take comfort to the next level and a detachable hood has been added for extra functionality when needed.
Thanks to the numerous pockets - two outer zippered pockets and two inner pockets - you can safely store your essentials while riding.
The certified shoulder protectors and height-adjustable elbow protectors are not only airbag-ready, but are also part of the protection package, which you can optionally upgrade with a back protector.
To wear the jacket with iXS trousers, you can simply use the integrated connecting zipper.
