As with every evolution of a staple product in REV'IT's collection, there are certain aspects that they like to zoom in on and improve yet leave other characteristics like functionality and purpose untouched. With the Sand 5 gloves, that was fit and comfort. As one of the top-selling gloves in REV'IT's collection, They already knew they had a winning recipe. They just wanted to make it even better.

A balanced recipe

A short cuff along with a combination of leather and 3D air mesh make up the majority of the Sand 5 gloves’ composition. REV'IT then match it with top-tier features like a new TPR injected knuckle protector that allows for even more dexterity and flexibility, TPU thumb and palm protection, a TPR little finger protector, wrist bone protection, a tri-fleece lining (for added comfort), Goat staysoft leather and a grip panel on the inside of the hand, and much more. The Sand name has a legacy to uphold, and this generation does their predecessors proud.

Tri-Fleece lining

This polyester tricot fabric is used as a lining for gloves and is brushed to provide extra warmth without bulk. The lining wicks away moisture to prevent hands from getting clammy.

3D air mesh

This fabric has an open, three-dimensional structure that ensures good ventilation while riding. 3D air mesh is a must for long-distance riders.

Connective fingertips

Never take off your gloves again to use your phone or operate your navigation system. Connective fingertips have been specially developed for operating touchscreens.

Temperfoam®

This self-contouring foam is used in areas where mobility and fit are a must, such as the knuckles. Temperfoam® is available in both a solid and perforated version.
