Het Tech-Air® geprepareerde, GP Plus v4 lederen pak is een complete revolutie van het bestaande v3 model met een volledig opnieuw ontworpen constructie die een mix bevat van Flex Plus race koeienhuid, Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus materiaal, Matryx®, HRSF en GP DFS slijpers.

De GP Plus v4 is de perfecte keuze voor sport- en circuitrijders die op zoek zijn naar een hogere middenklasse lederen pak met de nieuwste materiaalinnovaties. De GP Plus v4 is voorzien van het nieuwe Flex Plus race leer, speciaal gelooid en afgewerkt in Italië. Het ultra-flexibele Flex Plus race leder is zeer goed aanpasbaar aan het lichaam en ondersteunt een conformiteit van 6%, wat 80% meer is dan gewoon rundsleder. Het Flex Plus leder met zijn hoge aanpassingsvermogen zorgt ervoor dat het GP Plus v4 lederen pak een ongeëvenaard comfort, gevoel, bewegingsvrijheid en een precieze pasvorm biedt. Daarnaast voldoet het Flex Plus race leer aan Alpinestars' Professional Racing Standard voor slijtage en scheurweerstand terwijl het 10% lichter is dan traditioneel rundleer.

De GP Plus v4 bevat ook Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus, A-CS® Plus, materiaal op de laterale torso en schouderbladen van het lederen pak dat een lichter gewicht en meer flexibiliteit en bewegingsvrijheid biedt. Met A-CS® Plus wordt de stretch met 20% verhoogd en de scheurweerstand met 300% ten opzichte van leer. Een ander voordeel van het gebruik van A-CS® Plus is een hoog ademend vermogen met een lichter gewicht en een lager profiel dan een geplooide lederen bekleding.

De GP Plus v4 heeft ook strategisch geplaatste, lichtgewicht en ademende Matryx® materiaalinserts op de romp van het pak voor optimale ventilatie, vooral wanneer het pak wordt gedragen met Tech-Air® airbagsystemen zoals de Tech-Air® 10 of Tech-Air® 5.

Andere kenmerken van de GP Plus v4 zijn HRSF stretch inserts in het kruis, de achterkant van de benen, de binnenkant van de armen en de borst. De Flex Plus race leer perforaties bevinden zich in de borst, buik en dijen. Het lederen pak bevat ook beschermende GP DFS schouder-, elleboog- en knieschuivers en Bioflex heuppantsering. Het lederen pak heeft zachte, rekbare pols- en enkelmanchetten en een uitneembare comfortvoering met Polygiene® biostatische behandeling om het fris te laten aanvoelen en ruiken.

Het lederen pak biedt de impactbescherming van de GP Plus v4 en is voorzien van in de racerij bewezen GP-R elleboog-, onderarm-, knie- en scheenbeschermers, evenals in het pak geïntegreerde Nucleon Race schouderbeschermers, wat resulteert in een classificatie van AAA. Voor de ultieme bescherming van de rijder is de GP Plus v4 ook volledig Tech-Air® voorbereid voor gebruik met Tech-Air® 5 of Tech-Air® 10 airbag systemen en voorzien van een handige onderarm zak voor de Tech-Air® 10 controle.

The Tech-Air® prepared, GP Plus v4 leather suit is a complete revolution of the existing v3 model with a completely redesigned construction that incorporates a blend of Flex Plus racing cowhide, Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus material, Matryx®, HRSF and GP DFS grinders.

The GP Plus v4 is the perfect choice for sport and track riders looking for an upper mid-range leather suit with the latest material innovations. The GP Plus v4 features the new Flex Plus race leather, specially tanned and finished in Italy. The ultra-flexible Flex Plus race cowhide is highly conformable to the body and supports a 6% conformability, which is 80% more than regular cowhide. The Flex Plus leather with its high adaptability ensures that the GP Plus v4 leather suit offers unparalleled comfort, feel, freedom of movement and a precise fit. In addition, the Flex Plus racing leather meets Alpinestars' Professional Racing Standard for abrasion and tear resistance while being 10% lighter than traditional cowhide.

The GP Plus v4 also incorporates Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus, A-CS® Plus, material on the lateral torso and shoulder blades of the leather suit that offers lighter weight and greater flexibility and freedom of movement. With A-CS® Plus, stretch is increased by 20% and tear resistance is increased by 300% compared to leather. Another benefit of using A-CS® Plus is high breathability with a lighter weight and lower profile than a pleated leather trim.

The GP Plus v4 also features strategically placed, lightweight and breathable Matryx® material inserts on the torso of the suit for optimal ventilation, especially when the suit is worn with Tech-Air® airbag systems such as the Tech-Air® 10 or Tech-Air® 5.

Other features of the GP Plus v4 include HRSF stretch inserts in the crotch, back of the legs, inner arms and chest area. The Flex Plus racing leather perforations are located throughout the upper chest area, abdomen and thighs. The leather suit also includes protective GP DFS shoulder, elbow and knee sliders and Bioflex hip armor. The leather suit features soft, stretchy wrist and ankle cuffs and a removable comfort lining with Polygiene® biostatic treatment to keep it feeling and smelling fresh.

The leather suit offers the impact protection of the GP Plus v4 and features race-proven GP-R elbow, forearm, knee and shin protectors, as well as Nucleon Race shoulder protectors integrated into the suit, resulting in a rating of AAA. For the ultimate in rider protection, the GP Plus v4 is also fully Tech-Air® prepared for use with Tech-Air® 5 or Tech-Air® 10 airbag systems and features a convenient forearm pocket for the Tech-Air® 10 control.
