This German company was wonderful. Received my purchase within about 7-8 days. As a woman, it is hard to find cycling products that fit. Very well made. Hope I never find out if the protection works, but I have no doubt it will protect me in an accident. Wish the straps were more padded and form-fitting, rather than elastic. Reminds me of suspenders. The Velcro waistband helps hold in place. Neck gets sore from stiff resistance against the back protector. Wish it had more reflective material. Overall, I am pleased with the product. As long as it does the job it is designed for, that’s all that matters.
