Shell
De schaal is gemaakt van TRICARBOCO vezels, een nieuwe composiet die het mogelijk maakt een lichtere schaal te verkrijgen maar tegelijkertijd harder en meer beschermend.
De nieuwe composiet is een mengsel van koolstof met verschillende gewicht/ breekbelasting gekoppeld aan aramideharsen die zorgen voor een lichte schaal maar veel beter bestand tegen schokken.
Om zelfs de meest veeleisende klanten tevreden te stellen, wordt SR-GP geproduceerd in vier verschillende shells: S, M, L en XL
Protectief polystyreen
Inwendige polystyreen voering wordt gerealiseerd in vier maten (S, M, L en XL) om een betere ergonomie en een variabele dichtheid te verkrijgen. Dit kenmerk zorgt voor een geleidelijke en progressieve absorptie van de kracht van de impact.
Ook al wordt het grootste deel van de door de schok veroorzaakte energie geabsorbeerd door de externe schaal, dankzij de vervorming daarvan, is de rol van polystyreen cruciaal voor de absorptie van de resterende kracht.
Een verschillende dichtheid van het polystyreen maakt het mogelijk de mechanische prestaties van de schaal-polystyreen te optimaliseren, waardoor een maximaal absorptieniveau in alle gebieden van de helm wordt gegarandeerd.
Vizier
Het vizier is PC geïnjecteerd, anti-kras, optische klasse 1 met variabele dikte. Gemakkelijk te verwijderen dankzij een systeem dat geen gereedschap nodig heeft. De ontgrendelingshendel is gemaakt van een bijzondere metaallegering die meer stevigheid geeft aan de montage. Het vizier is ook uitgerust met een vergrendelingsmechanisme “Racing Lock System” in een metaallegering. Het mechanisme vermindert de kans op losraken bij een crash.

Pinlock
SR-GP is voorbereid op en uitgerust met PINLOCK Max Vision 120 lenzen, het meest performante antifog systeem op de markt.
Ventilatie
Het is tijdens de heetste Grands Prix dat het meest wordt gevraagd van de rijder, wat concentratie en uithoudingsvermogen vereist. De SR-GP heeft vijf luchtinlaatkanalen die samenwerken met een keurig geïntegreerd kanaalsysteem, waardoor een uitstekende luchtstroom in de helm wordt gegarandeerd.
De afvoer van warme lucht is een wonder van aerodynamica: twee ondergedompelde NACA-inlaten, die samen met de achterspoiler een Venturi-effect boven de uitlaatpoorten creëren, zuigen de warme lucht naar buiten.

- Gekanaliseerd EPS: Kanalisatie van de binnenschaal om maximale warmteafvoer te garanderen
- Ademdeflector: Een optioneel hulpmiddel dat het beslaan van het gelaatsscherm helpt voorkomen
- Kinnevelgordijn: Voor een betere isolatie van de lucht en geluid van de onderkant van de helm
Binnenkant
De wangpads en het interne comfort kunnen worden verwijderd, gewassen en vervangen. Ze zijn gemaakt van kostbare stof met specifieke vezels die de volgende eigenschappen biedt:
- Stuurt zweet van het hoofd af
- Houdt fris en droog
- Lichte stof, zacht en ademend
- De wangkussentjes zijn aanpasbaar en gemakkelijk te verwijderen in geval van nood dankzij het quick release systeem
- SR-GP is voorbereid op het camel-bag hydratatiesysteem
- Ademend: Uitgerust met technische stoffen om een maximaal ademend vermogen te garanderen
- Verwijderbaar interieur: Wangpads en binnenschaal zijn volledig uitneembaar en wasbaar

Retentie systeem

Aerodynamica

Shell
The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that allows to obtain a lighter shell but at the same time harder and more protective.
The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with aramid resins that ensure a light shell but much more resistant to impacts.
To satisfy even the most exigent customers, SR-GP is produced in four different shell: S, M, L and XL
Protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene liner is realized in four sizes (S, M, L and XL) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact.
Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power.
A different density of the polystyrene allows to optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet.
Visor
The visor is PC injected, anti-scratch, optic class 1 with variable thickness. Easy to remove thanks to a system that doesn’t need any tool. The release lever is made of a particular metal alloy that gives greater solidity to the assembly. The visor is also equipped with a locking mechanism “Racing Lock System” in metal alloy. The mechanism reduces the possibility of detachment in case of crash.

Ventilation
It is during the hottest Grands Prix that the most is asked from the rider, requiring concentration and endurance. Being able to count on efficient ventilation makes all the difference.SR-GP sports five air intake ducts which work in conjunction with a neatly integrated channel system, guaranteeing excellent airflow inside the helmet.
The hot air extraction is a marvel of aerodynamics: two submerged NACA intakes, working together with the rear spoiler create a Venturi effect over the exhaust ports, draw out the hot air.

- Channeled EPS: Canalization of the inner shell to guarantee the maximum heat dissipation
- Breath Deflector: An optional tool that help to prevent fogging of the face shield

Interior
The cheek pads and the internal comfort can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of precious fabric with specific fibers that offers the following features:
