Impact energiecellen verbeterd door RHEON
Alle FLY Racing Formula helmen zijn voorzien van zeven strategisch geplaatste Impact Energy Cells. Hun doolhofachtige structuur comprimeert en verschuift om de absorptie van lineaire en roterende impacts bij lage snelheden te maximaliseren en de algehele belasting van de hersenen te verminderen.
Impact Energy Cells zijn versterkt met RHEON, een ultra-hoge energie-absorberende technologie die energie controleert over een breed bereik van impactsnelheden. Dit reactieve materiaal is zacht en flexibel, maar verstijft bij een botsing instinctief om energie van elke amplitude radicaal af te voeren. Bij een botsing verbeteren de Impact Energy Cells het vermogen van de helm om de kracht van de impact op je hoofd te minimaliseren aanzienlijk.
Formula’s Adaptive Impact System (AIS)
Het Formula’s Adaptive Impact System (AIS) is het resultaat van jarenlang onderzoek en ontwerp in samenwerking met toonaangevende artsen, wetenschappers en natuurkundigen van over de hele wereld. AIS is een hoogwaardig ecosysteem van structureel ontwerp en energiebeperkende materialen. Impact Energy Cells are enhanced with RHEON, an ultra-high energy-absorbing technology that controls energy across a wide range of impact velocities. This reactive material is soft and flexible, but upon impact, instinctively stiffens to radically dissipate energy of any amplitude. In the event of a crash, Impact Energy Cells dramatically improve the helmet’s ability to minimize the impact force on your head.
Formula’s Adaptive Impact System (AIS)
The Formula’s Adaptive Impact System (AIS) is the result of years of collaborated research and design with industry leading doctors, scientists, and physicists from around the world. AIS is a high-performance ecosystem of structural design and energy mitigating materials.
