De combinatie van composietmaterialen met de prepreg-technologie stelt Airoh in staat om producten met een hoge weerstand te realiseren, zonder de lichtheid uit het oog te verliezen.
AMS² (Airoh Multiaction Safety System)
AMS2 is het resultaat van diepgaande studies om de meest voorkomende dynamiek bij ongevallen te bepalen en dus ook de kenmerken van de botsingen die een helm moet opvangen, om zo de meest geschikte oplossing voor de veiligheid van de rijder te vinden.
Dit geavanceerde systeem heeft tot doel de binnenschaal van de helm nog veiliger te maken. Het maakt namelijk gebruik van een paar boven elkaar geplaatste polystyreen hemisferen met verschillende dichtheid, gescheiden door een uniek systeem van siliconen inzetstukken.
De siliconen elementen laten de schaal bewegen bij hoekige botsingen, zodat deze de richting van de impact kan volgen, waardoor de hoeveelheid energie die rechtstreeks op het hoofd van de drager van de helm wordt overgebracht aanzienlijk wordt verminderd.

The combination of composite materials with the prepreg technology allows Airoh to achieve high performance products in terms of resistance, without disregarding the lightness.
AMS² (Airoh Multiaction Safety System)
AMS2 is the result of in-depth studies to determine the most frequent dynamics in accidents and, consequently, the characteristics of the collisions that a helmet has to absorb, to find the most suitable solution for a rider’s safety.
This state-of-the-art system aims to make the inner shell of the helmet even safer. It actually uses a pair of superimposed polystyrene hemispheres with different densities, separated by a unique system of silicone inserts.
The silicone elements allow the shell to move in case of angular collisions, so that it can follow the direction of the impact, considerably reducing the amount of energy transmitted directly to the head of the rider wearing the helmet.
