De combinatie van composietmaterialen met de prepreg technologie stelt Airoh in staat om hoogwaardige producten te bereiken in termen van weerstand, zonder de lichtheid te negeren.
AMS² (Airoh Multiaction Safety System)
AMS2 is het resultaat van diepgaande studies om de meest voorkomende dynamiek bij ongevallen te bepalen en bijgevolg de kenmerken van de aanrijdingen die een helm moet opvangen, om de meest geschikte oplossing te vinden voor de veiligheid van een berijder’s.
Dit state-of-the-art systeem heeft als doel de binnenschaal van de helm nog veiliger te maken. Het maakt eigenlijk gebruik van een paar overlappende polystyreenhersenhelften met verschillende dichtheden, gescheiden door een uniek systeem van siliconen inserts.
De silicone elementen laten de schaal bewegen in geval van een hoekbotsing, zodat deze de richting van de botsing kan volgen, waardoor de hoeveelheid energie die rechtstreeks wordt doorgegeven aan het hoofd van de rijder die de helm draagt aanzienlijk wordt verminderd.

AMS² (Airoh Multiaction Safety System)
AMS2 is the result of in-depth studies to determine the most frequent dynamics in accidents and, consequently, the characteristics of the collisions that a helmet has to absorb, to find the most suitable solution for a rider’s safety.
This state-of-the-art system aims to make the inner shell of the helmet even safer. It actually uses a pair of superimposed polystyrene hemispheres with different densities, separated by a unique system of silicone inserts.
The silicone elements allow the shell to move in case of angular collisions, so that it can follow the direction of the impact, considerably reducing the amount of energy transmitted directly to the head of the rider wearing the helmet.
