Guscio in termoplastica avanzata (ADT)
La calotta è realizzata in due misure (M & L), in termoplastica ADT-avanzata, un mix di resine termoplastiche ad alta resistenza agli urti.
Polistirolo protettivo
Polistirolo interno realizzato in due misure (M e L) per ottenere una migliore ergonomia e una densità variabile. Questa caratteristica permette un assorbimento graduale e progressivo dell'energia prodotta dall'impatto.
Anche se la maggior parte dell'energia creata dall'impatto viene assorbita dalla calotta esterna, grazie alla sua deformazione, il ruolo del polistirolo è determinante per l'assorbimento dell'energia residua.
Visore
La visiera è in policarbonato, con trattamento antigraffio. Il nuovo sistema di agganci al casco permette di rimuovere la visiera senza l'ausilio di attrezzi. TT Course è dotato di un sistema di blocco per fissare la visiera durante la guida in posizione chiusa. TT Course è predisposto per il PINLOCK.
Ventilazione
Particolari canalizzazioni ottenute su polistirolo, permettono di lavorare in simbiosi con le numerose prese d'aria una ventilazione ottimale nel casco e un rapido scarico dell'aria calda. TT Course ha cinque prese d'aria sul frontale e quattro estrattori d'aria sotto lo spoiler aerodinamico.
Interni
Sono realizzate in morbido tessuto bielastico traspirante con fibre sintetiche, che offrono un elevato assorbimento del sudore e mantengono freschi e asciutti. I guanciali sono facilmente rimovibili e sono disponibili guanciali di diverso spessore.
Sistema di ritenzione
Il sistema di ritenzione è dotato di una fibbia micrometrica.

ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic shell
Shell is made in two sizes (M & L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.
Protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene realized in two sizes (M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.
Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.
Visor
The visor is made of polycarbonate, with antiscratch treatment. The new system of hooks to the helmet and allow the visor removal without tools. TT Course has a lock system to fix the visor during the riding in the close position. TT Course is PINLOCK ready.
Ventilation
Particular channelings obtained on polystyrene, allow to work in symbiosis with the several air intakes an optimal ventilation into the helmet and a quickly exhaust of the hot air. TT Course has five air intakes on the front and four air extractors under the aerodynamics spoiler.
Inners
They are made of soft breathable bielastic fabric with synthetic fibers, that offer a high sweat absorption and keep fresh and dry. The cheek pads are easily removable, there are available cheek pads with different thickness.
Retention System
The retention system is equipped of micrometric buckle.
