Il casco MTB integrale Linea 01 MIPS® stabilisce un nuovo punto di riferimento. Offrendo la massima leggerezza per una pedalata senza limiti, è impercettibile da indossare e soddisfa i più alti standard di sicurezza della categoria. Con un peso di soli 570 grammi (taglia M), il casco supera tutti gli standard internazionali, ovvero CPSC 1203, EN1078, ASTM F1952-DH, ASTM 2032-BMX e AS/NZ 2063.

Una maggiore protezione è fornita dalla calotta esterna in policarbonato, combinata con una calotta interna in EPS a doppia densità, mappata secondo le aree del cranio che sono più soggette ed esposte all'impatto. La robustezza e la rigidità sono esaltate da un esclusivo esoscheletro in nylon ispirato alla geometria dei materiali auxetici, che è incorporato nella calotta interna, a partire dalla mentoniera in EPS e si estende su tutta la zona delle guance. Per un livello di comfort che permette al ciclista di concentrarsi solo sul percorso, pedalando senza costrizioni grazie alla morbida fodera termoformata antibatterica e antiodore.

La visibilità è perfetta su qualsiasi percorso e in tutte le condizioni grazie all'ampio campo visivo, ad un design delle linguette che migliora la linea di visione anche nei tratti più tecnici, e alla visiera solida ma flessibile e regolabile in inclinazione, che può essere azionata con una sola mano e con i guanti. La forma della calotta è studiata per accogliere gli occhiali quando non sono indossati, ed è perfettamente compatibile con i modelli della linea Dainese MTB Goggles.

Il fissaggio rapido e sicuro è assicurato dal sistema magnetico Fidlock® che può essere azionato anche indossando i guanti.

The Linea 01 MIPS® full-face MTB helmet sets a new benchmark. Offering maximum lightness for limitless pedaling, it is imperceptible to wear and meets the category’s highest safety standards. Weighing just 570 grams (size M), the helmet exceeds all international standards, namely CPSC 1203, EN1078, ASTM F1952-DH, ASTM 2032-BMX, and AS/NZ 2063.

Greater protection is provided by the polycarbonate outer shell, combined with a dual density EPS inner shell, mapped according to those areas of the skull that are most subject and exposed to impact. Robustness and rigidity are enhanced with an exclusive nylon exoskeleton inspired by the geometry of auxetic materials, which is embedded in the inner shell, starting from the EPS chinguard and extending across the cheek area. Its unmistakable structure allows for a continuous flow of air and helps contain the overall weight.

Safety is in every detail. The integrated MIPS® system reduces the possibility of dangerous rotational impact forces being transmitted to the head. The helmet is equipped with the NFC TwiceMe system that allows for the faster transmission of personal and health information, allowing for dramatically reduced rescue times.

The desired ventilation is provided by 30 air vents, 22 ventilations on the central core and 8 rear extractors that guarantee a continuous flow and optimal heat exchange during every phase of activity, from the most extreme descents to the most intense pedaling and climbing. For a level of comfort that allows the rider to focus only on the path, riding without constraints due to the soft, anti-bacterial and anti-odor thermoformed lining.

Visibility is perfect on any route and in all conditions due to the wide field of vision, a chinguard design that improves the line of vision even in more technical sections, and the solid yet flexible, tilt-adjustable peak, which can be operated with one hand and with gloves on. The form of the shell is designed to accommodate goggles when not being worn, and is perfectly compatible with models in the Dainese MTB Goggles Line.

Fast and secure fastening is ensured by the Fidlock® magnetic system, which can also be operated while wearing gloves.
