Ontworpen voor een perfecte pasvorm op de nieuwste lichtgewicht enduro fietsen met een aangepaste vorm en specifieke fitting hardware.
De OS-BASE DIRTBIKE is een 'over het zadel harnas' voor montage van OS-6, OS-12, of OS-18 ADVENTURE PACKS als zachte fietstassen, zonder behoefte aan metalen frames of rekken.
Dit systeem biedt een superstevige, lichtgewicht draagoplossing, met slechts geringe carrosserieaanpassingen nodig.
De montage hardware geeft de flexibiliteit om een één, twee, of drie-pack set-up te monteren, afhankelijk van uw rit.
De banden met vaste lengte maken montage snel en gemakkelijk, en de aangepaste vorm zorgt voor een strakke, veilige pasvorm met voldoende afstand tot de uitlaat.
Het duurt minder dan een minuut om het te monteren en slechts enkele seconden om het te verwijderen.

Inbegrepen montagemateriaal
- 2 x OS-DIRTBIKE RINGS worden bevestigd aan het frame van de motorfiets in de buurt van de voetsteunen. Ontworpen om op de motor te laten zitten als je de OS-BASE niet gebruikt, ze bieden een makkelijk toegankelijke montage oplossing voor de voorste riemen.

Noot
Hoewel de meeste OS-BASE op het zadel worden gemonteerd, kunnen de zijkanten tegen de plastic zijwanden van de fiets schuren, waardoor lichte schaafwonden kunnen ontstaan. Dit kan nog erger worden als er modder en stof tussen de OS-BASE en de kunststoffen komt. Wij raden u ten zeerste aan een doorzichtige beschermfolie aan te brengen op de plaatsen waar uw fiets kan schuren.

This system provides a super-tough, lightweight carrying solution, with only slight bodywork alterations needed.
The fitting hardware gives the flexibility to mount a one, two, or three-pack set-up, depending on your ride.
The set-length straps make mounting quick and easy, and the custom shape provides a tight, secure fit with plenty of distance from the exhaust.
It takes less than a minute to mount and just seconds to remove it.

Fitting hardware included in the kit
- 2 x OS-DIRTBIKE RINGS attach to the main bike frame near to the footpegs. Designed to be left on the bike when not using the OS-BASE, they provide an easy access mounting solution for the front straps.
- 4 x OS-RACK LOOPS provide 4 hook-on points for a stand alone OS-PACK or US-Drypack or used in conjunction with the additional loops on the OS-BASE they provide various mounting points for a 3 x bag set-up. The rear 2 x OS-RACK LOOPS provide a strong and safe mounting location for the rear straps.
- 1 x SILICONE HEAT SHIELD provides a safe barrier from the exhaust. It simply mounts to the silencer using the two zip-ties provided.

Note
Even though most OS-BASE are mounted on the seat, the sides may rub against the plastic sidewalls of the bike, causing minor abrasion. This can be exacerbated if mud and dust get between the OS-BASE and the plastics. We strongly recommend applying a clear protective film to areas where abrasion may occur on your bike.
