De 2025 nieuwe OS-Base Adventure is een nieuwe generatie van het ontwerp en heeft nu vier volledig verstelbare snelbinders. Rackless betekent volledige vrijheid van extra beugels of vaste frames, omdat deze ultralichte band alleen al voldoende is om Kriega OS-ADVENTURE PACKS veilig en stabiel aan de motorfiets te bevestigen.
Installatie duurt slechts een paar minuten en het systeem maakt indruk met zijn duurzaamheid en compromisloze belastbaarheid. Dankzij het modulaire concept groeit de OS-BASE met je mee: hij past zich flexibel aan je reizen aan en vergezelt je van motor naar motor.
De waterdichte OS-ADVENTURE PACKS kunnen worden gecombineerd in verschillende maten – afhankelijk van je behoeften kunnen er twee of drie packs tegelijkertijd worden gebruikt. Voor kortere afstanden of minimalistische tochten kun je met de meegeleverde subframelussen zelfs één OS-ADVENTURE PACK direct aan het zadel bevestigen, zonder dat je een OS-BASE nodig hebt.

Aantekening

Dit kan nog erger worden als er modder en stof tussen de OS-BASE en het plastic komt. We raden je ten zeerste aan om een transparante beschermfolie aan te brengen op de plaatsen waar je motorfiets kan schuren.

For shorter distances or minimalist tours, the subframe loops included in the scope of delivery even allow a single OS-ADVENTURE PACK to be attached directly to the seat, without the need for an OS-BASE.

Note
Although most OS-BASE units are mounted on the seat, the sides may rub against the plastic side panels of the bike, causing minor abrasion. This can be exacerbated if mud and dust get between the OS-BASE and the plastic. We strongly recommend applying a transparent protective film to areas where abrasion may occur on your motorcycle.

I went with the universal version of it because I did not want to spend money for each bike that I will own, although I have a pretty common motorcycle that has a special adapter. It might not be the perfect fit, but it does the job.
