Так как мне нравиться сноуборд, и это не первое мое функциональное белье, я знал что брать его надо на размер меньше. И я был прав. Прекрасная фунционалка. Рекомендую. Я брал на размер меньше , чтобы было в обтяжку, и не мешало движению. Рекомендации по покупке идивидуально дать не могу. Ориентируйтесь на свои ощущения. С Уважением
