Een stijve externe kunststof schaal absorbeert en verdeelt impact energie over het gehele oppervlak van de beschermer dankzij een gepatenteerde reticulaat structuur die ook een lagere dikte en gewicht biedt. De binnenkant van de beschermer in high-density polyethyleen schuim heeft verhoogde vervormbaarheid en hoge vorm geheugenretentie die zorgt voor meer comfort door aanpassing aan het lichaam van de drager, die ook wordt geserveerd door perforatie aan de buitenkant die de ademend vermogen verhoogt.
