Ze combineren de functionaliteit en veelzijdigheid van de Adventure-wereld met een nieuw niveau van bescherming en comfort. Ze zijn ideaal voor lange road trips en off-road tochten.

Het bovenwerk van microfiber, splitleer en slijtvast functioneel weefsel wordt gecombineerd met het ondoordringbare en ademende Gore-Tex® Performance membraan, waardoor de Infinity 3 GTX laarzen geschikt zijn voor alle seizoenen en de moeilijkste klimatologische omstandigheden.

Het speciale sluitsysteem met Rotor, dat de spanning van de buitenveter regelt, zou een millimeter nauwkeurige kalibratie van de pasvorm in het gebied van de wreef en het scheenbeen mogelijk maken. Het sluitsysteem wordt gecompleteerd door de verstelbare voorbies met klittenbandsluiting.

De speciale Groundtrax® zool is ontworpen om staand op de voetsteunen te rijden en heeft een speciale stijfheid om de voetzool de nodige steun te geven. Het profielontwerp en de rubbersamenstelling zijn geoptimaliseerd voor maximale prestaties in alle omstandigheden en op elk terrein.

Gore-Tex® membraan

Dit fijne materiaal heeft belangrijke eigenschappen zoals langdurige waterdichtheid, uitstekende weerstand tegen de meest extreme temperaturen en hoge slijtvastheid.

De speciale microporeuze structuur van het GORE-TEX weefsel, gemaakt van geëxpandeerd PTFE, bevat ongeveer 1,4 miljard microscopisch kleine poriën per vierkante centimeter. Deze poriën zijn ongeveer 20.000 keer kleiner dan een waterdruppel, maar 700 keer groter dan een waterdampmolecule.

Terwijl water in vloeibare vorm niet door het GORE-TEX membraan kan dringen, kan transpiratievocht (waterdamp) gemakkelijk verdampen. Het resultaat is een volledig waterdichte barrière die betekent dat de schoen in alle klimaten kan worden gebruikt en een maximum aan comfort en optimaal ademend vermogen garandeert.

Ortholite® voetbed

Gebruik het comfort van de voetbedden gemaakt met OrthoLite® PU schuim.

Lange-termijn demping: OrthoLite® schuim comprimeert minder dan 5% van zijn dikte gedurende de levensduur van het voetbed, zodat de demping, pasvorm, comfort en prestaties nooit veranderen.

Hoog ademend vermogen: de open cellen van het OrthoLite® schuim, laten lucht circuleren in en rond het voetbed, waardoor vocht wordt afgevoerd en de voet koeler en droger blijft.

Groundtrax® buitenzolen

Groundtrax® buitenzolen zijn ontworpen om stabiliteit, grip en tractie te garanderen, zowel op de voetsteunen als eenmaal uit het zadel. Dit is te danken aan het ontwerp van nokken en groeven, evenals de keuze van de rubbersamenstelling, die ook de slijtvastheid en zelfreiniging van het loopvlak maximaliseren. They combine the functionality and versatility of the Adventure world with a new level of protection and comfort. They are ideal for long road trips and off-road tours.

The microfiber, split leather and abrasion-resistant functional fabric upper is combined with the impermeable and breathable Gore-Tex® Performance membrane, making the Infinity 3 GTX boots suitable for all seasons and the most difficult climatic conditions.

The special closure system with Rotor, which regulates the tension of the outer lace, is said to allow a millimeter-precise calibration of the fit in the area of the instep and shin. The closure system is rounded out by the adjustable front strap with Velcro closure.

The special Groundtrax® sole is designed for riding standing on the footpegs and features a special stiffness to provide the necessary support to the sole of the foot. The tread design and compound are optimized for maximum performance in all conditions and terrain.

Reinforcements on the toe cap, shifting area, heel, ankle and shin provide maximum safety for off-road riding.

The OrthoLite® insole with durable cushioning and high breathability provides perfect comfort even after prolonged use.

Gore-Tex® membrane

This fine material has important features such as long-term waterproofing, excellent resistance to the most extreme temperatures and high wear resistance.

The special microporous structure of the GORE-TEX fabric, made from expanded PTFE, contains around 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimeter. These pores are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor.

While water cannot penetrate the GORE-TEX membrane in liquid form, perspiration (water vapor) can easily evaporate. The result is a completely waterproof barrier that means the shoe can be used in all climates and guarantees maximum comfort and optimal breathability.

Long-term cushioning: OrthoLite® foam compresses less than 5% of its thickness over the lifetime of the footbed, so the cushioning, fit, comfort and performance never change.

Groundtrax® outsoles

Groundtrax® outsoles are engineered to ensure stability, grip and traction both on the footpegs and once got off the saddle. This is due to the design of lugs and grooves, as well as the choice of the rubber compound, which also maximize the wear-resistance and self-cleaning of the tread. The sole is featured by a dedicated gear shift area, to provide an higher precision during the ride.
