Axiaal Vervormingscontrolesysteem

De versie S1 (zonder harscoating) biedt een Protector-behandeling. De S1P1-versie biedt zowel een Protector-behandeling als een ademende, winddichte polyurethaanharscoating. De Protector-behandeling geeft de stof uitstekende water- en olieafstotende eigenschappen. Het materiaal hoeft niet gestreken te worden om zijn eigenschappen terug te krijgen: Aan de lucht drogen na het wassen is voldoende. De behandeling is ontwikkeld dankzij de toepassing van nanotechnologie op textielafwerking.
Microvezel
Microvezel is een niet-geweven stof gemaakt van polyurethaan en polyamide, die wordt gekenmerkt door zijn uitzonderlijke weerstand tegen slijtage, scheuren en afschuiving. The Axial Distortion Control System for the foot works through an articulated structure integrated into the boot that serves a triple purpose: it protects against sprains, it reduces the intensity of the impact by distributing it over the entire surface of the structure, and it prevents objects from entering the boot.
D-Stone™
D-Stone™ is an extremely resistant material mainly used for Dainese boots and textile clothing. D-Stone™ is made of high-density twisted nylon with elastic inserts with nylon coating. This provides an armor effect and exceptional comfort: the high abrasion, breakage and tear resistance of the material is comparable to that of leather.
The S1 version S1 (without resin coating) offers a Protector treatment. The S1P1 version offers Protector treatment as well as a breathable, windproof polyurethane resin coating. The Protector treatment gives the fabric excellent water and oil repellent features. The material does not need to be ironed to regain its features: Air drying after washing is sufficient. The treatment was developed thanks to the application of nanotechnology to textile finishing.
