Het AAA-gecertificeerde jack heeft een aantal functies die het leven gemakkelijker maken als je op reis gaat.

XTM-Fiber® voering samen met schouder-, elleboog- en rugbeschermers houden je veilig in elke situatie. De katoenen buitenstof met bijenwascoating aan de binnenkant is zo dicht geweven dat het de wind buiten houdt en waterbestendig is tot een waterkolom van 900 mm. De rits aan de voorkant biedt extra bescherming tegen de wind.

Aan de buitenkant van de jas zitten vier zakken met platte YKK drukknopen; de onderste dubbele buitenzakken hebben een rits aan de zijkant.

Twee lagen met XTM-vezel®

John Doe’s speciaal ontwikkelde XTM-Fiber® zorgt voor een ideale balans tussen topbescherming en een uitstekende draagervaring. De buitenlaag is extreem slijtvast voor maximale bescherming bij een val. Een ademende voering van gemengde vezels in Coolmax® omsluit de huid en houdt je koel en fris. De stretchcomponent in de stof past zich aan elke beweging aan voor een zo comfortabel mogelijke draagervaring in elke positie die je inneemt.

Waterafstotend en ademend

De meeste producten van John Doe&rsquo hebben een vuil- en waterafstotende coating om te voorkomen dat vuil van de weg of een enkele regenbui je reis bederft. Een ademende voering van gemengde vezels in Coolmax® omarmt de huid om je koel en fris te houden terwijl vocht wordt afgevoerd naar de omringende lucht. Zo hoef je zelfs op langere tochten niet in het zweet te staan.

Multistretch

Maximale bescherming en comfort: De verweven Lycra® houdt XTM-Fiber® bijzonder elastisch, zodat het zich aanpast aan je bewegingen tijdens het fietsen.

Protector gereed

Bijna alle items in John Doe’s collectie zijn te versterken met supercomfortabele protectoren. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen om je item te upgraden is de knie-, heup- of rugbeschermers op je broek, shirt of jas te monteren voor nog meer impactbescherming.

Certificering

Alle John Doe producten zijn getest en gecertificeerd volgens de meest recente certificeringsstandaard. Elk artikel doorloopt een meerfasig kwaliteitsgarantieproces dat verschillende testcriteria omvat. De belangrijkste criteria zijn schuur- en scheurweerstand en naadsterkte in beschermende kleding. Dan zijn er nog ergonomie en pasvorm. Dit betekent dat de beschermers in hun juiste positie moeten blijven en ook bestand moeten zijn tegen een flinke schok bij een val.

The AAA-certified jacket comes with a number of features that make life easier as you go on your travels.

XTM-Fiber® lining together with shoulder, elbow and back protectors keep you safe in any situation. The cotton outer fabric with inner beeswax coating is so tightly woven that it keeps the wind out and is water-resistant to a water column of 900 mm. The front zipper offers additional wind protection.

On the outside of the jacket are four pockets with flat YKK press studs; the lower outer double pockets are zippered on the side.

John Doe’s specially developed XTM-Fiber® strikes an ideal balance between top protection and excellent wearing experience. The outer layer is extremely abrasion-resistant for maximum protection in a fall. A breathable mixed fiber lining in Coolmax® hugs the skin and keeps you cool and fresh. The stretch component in the fabric accommodates every movement you make for the most comfortable possible wearing experience in any position you might take.

Water-repellent and breathable

Most of John Doe’s products have a dirt and water-repellent coating to keep dirt from the road or the odd rainy spell from spoiling your trip. A breathable mixed fiber lining in Coolmax® hugs the skin to keep you cool and fresh while wicking away moisture towards the surrounding air. This will save you from breaking a sweat even on longer trips.

Multistretch

Maximum protection and comfort: The interwoven Lycra® keeps XTM-Fiber® especially elastic, accommodating your movements as you ride.

Protector ready

Almost all the items in John Doe’s collection are reinforceable using super comfortable protectors. All you need to do to upgrade your item is to fit the knee, hip or back protectors on your trousers, shirt or jacket for even more impact protection.

Certification

All John Doe products are tested and certified according to the most recent certification standard applicable. Every item goes through multi-stage quality assurance process that covers a variety of test criteria. The most important criteria are abrasion and tear resistance as well as seam strength in protective gear. Then there’s ergonomics and fit. This means that protectors should stay in their proper position and also withstand a good deal of shock in a fall.
