With its D-Dry® waterproof membrane, every day is perfect for riding, rain and atmospheric agents no longer an issue. The removable thermal lining ensures comfort on the coldest days and in all conditions.
In hot climates and to ensure the proper thermal comfort, two ventilation zippers on the sleeves, two air vents on the chest, and two ventilation zippers on the back allow the wearer to adjust air flow towards the body effectively and precisely.
The highest Dainese safety standards are upheld with Pro-Armor Lev. 2, Type B protectors on the elbows and shoulders. This is the highest level of limb protection certification, with the largest possible area of coverage. Inspired by the geometries of natural fractals, Dainese Pro-Armor technology allows for maximum protection, with the mobility of a soft protector and ideal ventilation due to a surface that is perforated across 40% of its area.

I really like this jacket. It fits me extremely well. I am 58,5” tall and weigh 172 lbs and the size 52 gives me just enough room to add layers when it is cold. It has huge vents in the front and back that flow lots of air, which is really important to me as I live in Southern California and it can get very hot here in the summer. I also really appreciate the liner, which, unlike most liners, can be worn as a normal jacket when off the bike. I also really like the look of the jacket. Don’t know how waterproof it is yet as I have not ridden with it in the rain. This is not a critical issue for me, as I don’t do a lot of rain riding after almost 65 years of riding. If I get caught in the rain, I’ll put on my light Dainese rain shell, anyway. The only real improvement that I would like to see is the addition of two upper interior pockets for cell phone and wallet. But, it is not a deal breaker for me. With my electric vest and appropriate layering, I feel that this a versatile, true 3 season jacket that will put a smile on your face every time that you wear it. BTW, I have over 30 jackets from inexpensive to moderately expensive to compare it with.
