De Mankato H2O handschoenen zijn no-nonsense essentials voor de stadsrijder die bescherming nodig heeft tegen de elementen zonder alle toeters en bellen. Maar laat je niet misleiden, ze zijn CE-level 1 gecertificeerd en hebben EVA-schuim bij de knokkels, een hydratexZ-liner waterdichte constructie waarbij het membraan met de voering versmolten is (zoals in onze Croydon H2O en Mosca 2 H2O handschoenen), en reflectie bij de vingers.
De samenstelling
De Mankato H2O handschoenen zijn gemaakt van 600D polyester, 3L softshell op de backhand, microfiber voor Connect Finger Tip en vizierwisserpaneel, samen met corduroy voor comfort in de fourchettes. Rijd veilig en met een gerust hart.

Tricot voering

PWR|Shield
PWR|Shield is gemaakt met behulp van een unieke breitechniek die resulteert in een stof met onovertroffen snij-, scheur- en schuurweerstand.
Gelamineerde reflecterende elementen
Reflecterende elementen zorgen voor uitstekende zichtbaarheid vanuit alle hoeken, zodat de drager vanuit alle richtingen zichtbaar is. Voor een nog verfijndere look zijn de reflecterende elementen aan de stof gelast. Door dit lasproces zijn er ook geen naden nodig, wat de veiligheid van het kledingstuk vergroot.
Hydratex®|Z-liner
Een waterdichte laag wordt op een drager gelamineerd om het REV’IT! hydratex®|Z-liner membraan te maken. De drager beschermt het membraan tegen slijtage en de naden van het membraan zijn getapet om waterdichtheid te garanderen. De Z-liner is geconstrueerd tussen de voering en de buitenschaal. Het REV’IT! hydratex®|Z-liner membraan wordt gebruikt in kleding die een hoog niveau van bescherming tegen alle weersomstandigheden vereist.

The Mankato H2O gloves are no-nonsense essentials for the city rider who needs protection against the element without all the bells and whistles. But don’t be fooled, they’re CE-level 1 certified and come with EVA foam at the knuckle position, a hydratex|Z-liner waterproofing construction where the membrane is fused to the lining (like in our Croydon H2O and Mosca 2 H2O gloves), and reflection at the fingers.
The makeup

Hydratex®|Z-liner
A waterproof layer is laminated onto a carrier to construct the REV’IT! hydratex®|Z-liner membrane. The carrier, in turn, protects the membrane against wear-and-tear damage, and the seams of the membrane are taped to ensure waterproofing. The Z-liner is constructed between the lining and the outer shell. The REV’IT! hydratex®|Z-liner membrane is used in garments that demand a high level of all-weather protection.
