Schaal
De schaal is gemaakt van TRICARBOCO vezel met fijne carbon zichtafwerking, een nieuwe composiet die een uitzonderlijke prestatie in termen van gewicht toeliet.
De nieuwe composiet is een mengsel van koolstof met verschillende gewicht/ breekbelasting gekoppeld aan aramideharsen en glasvezel die zorgen voor een lichte schaal maar veel beter bestand tegen schokken.
Om zelfs de meest veeleisende klanten tevreden te stellen, wordt TX-PRO geproduceerd in twee verschillende shells: M en L
Intern beschermend polystyreen
De interne polystyreenvoering wordt in drie maten gerealiseerd (S, M en L) om een betere ergonomie te verkrijgen. Bestudeerd in vier variabele dichtheden zorgt voor een geleidelijke en progressieve absorptie van de kracht geproduceerd door de impact.
Ook al wordt het grootste deel van de door de impact veroorzaakte energie geabsorbeerd door de externe schaal, dankzij zijn vervorming, is de rol van polystyreen cruciaal voor de absorptie van de resterende kracht.
Verschillende dichtheden van het polystyreen maken het mogelijk de mechanische prestaties van het schaal-polystyreen systeem te optimaliseren, waardoor een maximaal absorptieniveau in alle gebieden van de helm wordt gegarandeerd.
Vizier
Het vizier is in PC geïnjecteerd, anti-kras, optisch in klasse 1 met variabele dikte tussen 2 en 3,5 mm.
Het vizier heeft een zijdelingse vergrendeling voor een betere stabiliteit en is gemakkelijk te verwijderen zonder gereedschap dankzij een praktisch mechanisme.

Ventilatie
Inwendig polystyreen werd bestudeerd om in symbiose te werken met de drie luchtinlaten op de externe vezelschaal. Bijzondere kanalen, verkregen op polystyreen, zorgen voor een optimale ventilatie van de luchtstroom in de helm en een snelle afvoer van de warme lucht.
Binnenkant
De wangpads en de interne comfort padding kunnen worden verwijderd, gewassen en vervangen. Ze zijn gemaakt van hydrocool textiel, een kostbare stof met specifieke vezels die de volgende eigenschappen biedt:
- Gemakkelijke afvoer van lichaamsvocht
- De juiste temperatuur behouden
- Lichte stof, zacht en ademend
- Cheek pads zijn klaar voor Bluetooth oortelefoon
- De wangkussentjes hebben een noodsysteem om ze snel te verwijderen in geval van nood
Retentie systeem
De kin is voorzien van een dubbel D-ring retentiesysteem waardoor het retentiesysteem gemakkelijk los te maken is.

Shell
The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber with fine carbon sight finishing, a new composite which allowed for an exceptional performance in terms of weight.
The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with aramid resins and fiberglass that ensure a light shell but much more resistant to impacts.
To satisfy even the most exigent customers, TX-PRO is produced in two different shells: M and L
Internal protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics. Studied in four variable densities allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact.
Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power.
Different densities of the polystyrene allow optimizing the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet.
Visor
The visor is in PC injected, anti-scratch, optic in class 1 with variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm.
The visor has a side lock for a better stability and easily removable without any tool thanks to a practical mechanism.

Ventilation
Internal polystyrene was studied to work in symbiosis with the three air intakes on the external fiber shell. Particular channeling, obtained on polystyrene, allow an optimal ventilation of air flow intake into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the hot air.
Interior
The cheek pads and the internal comfort padding can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made in hydrocool textile, a precious fabric with specific fibers that offers the following features:
- Easy outflow of body moisture
- Keep the correct temperature
- Light fabric, soft and breathable
- Cheek pads are ready for Bluetooth earphone
- Cheek pads have an emergency system to quickly remove them in case of needs
Retention system
The chin is provided with double D-ring retention system enabling an easy release of the retain system.
