N.E.R.S. - Nolan Noodontgrendelingssysteem
Dit systeem, waarvoor patent is aangevraagd, stelt noodhulpteams in staat om de wangkussentjes van de helm te verwijderen terwijl deze nog door de motorrijder wordt gedragen door simpelweg aan de rode lipjes te trekken die aan de voorkant van de wangkussentjes zijn bevestigd.

Pinlock® Mistwerend binnenvizier
Dankzij het gepatenteerde verstelsysteem kan de stretch van het Pinlock® binnenvizier worden aangepast vanaf de buitenkant van het vizier, zonder dat het hoeft te worden verwijderd. De Full Silicone Border (FSB), aangenomen onder licentie van Pinlock®, zorgt ten eerste voor een vergroting van de luchtkamer tussen het binnen- en buitenvizier van de helm, waardoor het risico op beslaan verder wordt verminderd; ten tweede vermindert het het risico op krassen op het vizier.
VPS zonnescherm
Gegoten uit LEXAN™*, het is S/R (krasbestendig) en F/R (mistbestendig) behandeld en biedt UV-bescherming tot 400 nanometer. Het kan gemakkelijk worden verwijderd voor onderhoud en reiniging en is volledig verstelbaar. Het activeringssysteem (gepatenteerd) zorgt voor het automatisch intrekken van het zonnescherm in een stand-by positie, waardoor noodmanoeuvres die nodig zijn om snel het maximale zicht te krijgen dat het vizier biedt, worden vereenvoudigd.
Microlock² (gepatenteerd)
Beschikbaarheid afhankelijk van de productversie. Het is een gepatenteerd dubbel hendelbevestigingssysteem met micrometrische verstelling. Het bestaat uit een thermoplastische ergonomische openingshendel en een tweede aluminium getande en vasthoudende hendel. De getande hendel geeft de micrometrische strip vrij, waardoor de kinband alleen geopend kan worden met een zeer ruime draaiing van de openingshendel. Deze voorziening minimaliseert de kans op onbedoeld openen van het bevestigingssysteem.
Airboostertechnologie
Het exclusieve “AirBooster Technology” bovensysteem zorgt voor optimale ventilatie waar het hoofd van de rijder dat het meest nodig heeft: de lucht wordt afgezogen uit de bovenste luchtinlaat en naar de meest kritieke gebieden geperst, waarbij elke verspreiding wordt vermeden, om maximaal comfort te garanderen, ook in extreme rijomstandigheden.
Het ventilatiesysteem beschikt bovendien over:
- een kinbeschermer luchtinlaat - dit zorgt voor ventilatie ter hoogte van de mond en leidt de lucht rechtstreeks naar het vizier, waardoor beslaan wordt beperkt
- een luchtafvoer aan de achterkant - deze is geïntegreerd in een achterspoiler en zorgt ervoor dat warme, muffe lucht wordt afgevoerd
“Clima Comfort” binnenbekleding
Een nieuw concept, de binnenvoering is gemaakt van microgeperforeerde stof met dubbele dichtheid. In combinatie met het “AirBooster Technology” bovenste ventilatiesysteem, verspreidt het lucht in het bovenste deel van het hoofd van de rijder. De nekrol is afneembaar, wasbaar en verstelbaar, waardoor hij gemakkelijk kan worden aangepast aan de vorm van de rijder en de verschillende set-ups die het gevolg zijn van verschillende rijposities.
Liner met een innovatieve netconstructie
Gecombineerd met het AirBooster Technology ventilatiesysteem, bevordert het de luchtstroom rond het hoofd van de bestuurder.
LPC - Liner Positioning Control

N.E.R.S. - Nolan Emergency Release System
This system, patent pending, allows emergency teams to remove the cheek pads from the helmet while it is still being worn by the motorcyclist by simply pulling the red tabs attached to the front of the cheek pads.
Ultrawide visor
The large surface of the S/R (Scratch Resistant) visor makes it possible to have a broader view, also lateral, thus highly increasing active safety.
Pinlock® Fog-Resistant inner visor
Thanks to the patented adjusting system, the stretch of the Pinlock® inner visor can be adjusted, acting from the exterior of the visor, without the necessity of removing. The Full Silicone Border (FSB), adopted under licence from Pinlock®, allows first of all for an increase in the size of the air chamber located between the helmet exterior and interior, thus further reducing the risk of fogging; secondly, it reduces the risk of scratches to the visor.
VPS sunscreen
Molded out of LEXAN™*, it is S/R (scratch resistant) and F/R (fog resistant) treated and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily removed for maintenance and cleaning and is fully-adjustable. The activation system (patented) allows for the automatic retraction of the sunscreen in a standby position, thus simplifying emergency maneuvers required to quickly obtain the maximum level of visibility offered by the visor.
Microlock² (patented)
Availability according to the product version. It is a patented double lever retention system with micrometric adjustment. It consists of a thermoplastic ergonomic opening lever, and of a second aluminium toothed and holding lever. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip, thus the chin strap can only be open with a very broad rotation of the opening lever. This device minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening of the retention system.
Airbooster technology
The exclusive “AirBooster Technology” upper system ensures optimal ventilation where the rider’s head most requires: the air is extracted from the upper air intake and forced into the most critical areas, avoiding any dispersion, to guarantee maximum comfort also in extreme riding conditions.
Moreover, the ventilation system features:
- a chin guard air intake - this allows ventilation at mouth level and directs air straight to the visor, limiting fogging
- a rear extractor - integrated in a rear spoiler, it allows for the expulsion of hot, stale air
“Clima Comfort” inner padding
A new concept, the inner padding is made with double density micro perforated fabric. Combined with the “AirBooster Technology” upper ventilation system, it distributes air in the upper part of the rider’s head. The neck-roll is removable, washable and adjustable, consequently easily adaptable to the form of the rider and the various set-ups resulting from differing riding positions.
Liner with an innovative net construction
Combined with the AirBooster Technology ventilation system, it further aids the airflow around the driver's head.
LPC - Liner Positioning Control
This system allows the position of the liner to be adjusted, meaning, that the helmet can be adjusted to varying requirements and head shapes.
Eyewear adaptive
This system has been designed to provide comfort for wearers of glasses. It allows space in the cheek pads for temples to quickly and easily be obtained. It is reversible, so the cheek pads can be returned to their original state. The cheek pads feature inner padding in expanded foam which can be removed from the fabric covering, making washing easier.Set up for N-COM communication system
