Guscio
La calotta è realizzata in fibra di TRICARBOCO con finitura a vista in carbonio, un nuovo composito che ha permesso di ottenere prestazioni eccezionali in termini di peso.
Il nuovo composito è una miscela di carbonio con diversi carichi di peso/rottura, legato a resine aramidiche e fibra di vetro che garantiscono una calotta leggera ma molto più resistente agli impatti.
Per soddisfare anche i clienti più esigenti, TX-PRO è prodotto in due diverse calotte: M e L
Polistirolo protettivo interno
La fodera interna in polistirolo è realizzata in tre misure (S, M e L) per ottenere una migliore ergonomia. Studiata in quattro densità variabili permette un assorbimento graduale e progressivo della potenza prodotta dall'impatto.
Anche se la maggior parte dell'energia creata dall'impatto viene assorbita dalla calotta esterna, grazie alla sua deformazione, il ruolo del polistirolo è fondamentale per l'assorbimento della potenza residua.
Diverse densità del polistirolo permettono di ottimizzare le prestazioni meccaniche del sistema calotta-polistirolo, garantendo il massimo livello di assorbimento in tutte le aree del casco.
Visiera
La visiera è in PC iniettato, antigraffio, ottica in classe 1 con spessore variabile tra 2 e 3,5 mm.
La visiera è dotata di chiusura laterale per una maggiore stabilità e facilmente rimovibile senza alcuno strumento grazie a un pratico meccanismo.

Ventilazione
Il polistirolo interno è stato studiato per lavorare in simbiosi con le tre prese d'aria presenti sulla calotta esterna in fibra. Particolari canalizzazioni, ottenute sul polistirolo, permettono una ventilazione ottimale del flusso d'aria in entrata nel casco e un rapido scarico dell'aria calda.
Interni
I guanciali e l'imbottitura interna di comfort possono essere rimossi, lavati e sostituiti. Sono realizzati in tessuto hydrocool, un tessuto pregiato con fibre specifiche che offre le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Facile deflusso dell'umidità corporea
- Mantenere la temperatura corretta
- Tessuto leggero, morbido e traspirante
- I cuscinetti per le guance sono predisposti per gli auricolari Bluetooth .
- I cuscinetti per le guance hanno un sistema di emergenza per rimuoverli rapidamente in caso di necessità .
Sistema di ritenzione
Il mento è dotato di un sistema di ritenzione a doppio anello a D che consente un facile rilascio del sistema di ritenzione.

Shell
The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber with fine carbon sight finishing, a new composite which allowed for an exceptional performance in terms of weight.
The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with aramid resins and fiberglass that ensure a light shell but much more resistant to impacts.
To satisfy even the most exigent customers, TX-PRO is produced in two different shells: M and L
Internal protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics. Studied in four variable densities allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact.
Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power.
Different densities of the polystyrene allow optimizing the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet.
Visor
The visor is in PC injected, anti-scratch, optic in class 1 with variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm.
The visor has a side lock for a better stability and easily removable without any tool thanks to a practical mechanism.

Ventilation
Internal polystyrene was studied to work in symbiosis with the three air intakes on the external fiber shell. Particular channeling, obtained on polystyrene, allow an optimal ventilation of air flow intake into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the hot air.
Interior
The cheek pads and the internal comfort padding can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made in hydrocool textile, a precious fabric with specific fibers that offers the following features:
- Easy outflow of body moisture
- Keep the correct temperature
- Light fabric, soft and breathable
- Cheek pads are ready for Bluetooth earphone
- Cheek pads have an emergency system to quickly remove them in case of needs
Retention system
The chin is provided with double D-ring retention system enabling an easy release of the retain system.
