Guscio
La calotta è realizzata in fibra TRICOMPOSITE, un nuovo composito che consente di ottenere una calotta più leggera, ma allo stesso tempo più dura e protettiva.
Il nuovo composito è una miscela di carbonio con diversi pesi/carichi di rottura, legato a fibre di vetro e aramidiche che garantiscono una calotta più leggera, ma molto più resistente agli urti, come richiesto dalla normativa ECE 22.06.
Per soddisfare anche i clienti più esigenti, Speedstar 2 è prodotto in due diverse calotte: M e L.
Polistirene protettivo
La fodera interna in polistirolo è realizzata in quattro misure (S, M, L e XL) per ottenere una migliore ergonomia e una densità variabile. Questa caratteristica consente un assorbimento graduale e progressivo dell'energia prodotta dall'impatto. Anche se la maggior parte dell'energia creata dall'impatto viene assorbita dalla calotta esterna, grazie alla sua deformazione, il ruolo del polistirolo è fondamentale per l'assorbimento della potenza residua.
Visore
La visiera è iniettata in PC, antigraffio, con spessore variabile. È facile da rimuovere grazie a un sistema che non richiede l'uso di alcuno strumento. La leva di sgancio è realizzata in una particolare lega metallica leggera che conferisce maggiore solidità all'insieme. La visiera è inoltre dotata di un meccanismo di bloccaggio “Racing Lock System” (PAT PEND) in lega metallica leggera. Il meccanismo riduce la possibilità di distacco in caso di caduta e rende il sistema più intuitivo.
Scudo solare
Speedstar 2 è dotato di un'ampia visiera parasole interna, con tecnologia a cavo che garantisce un movimento fluido attraverso un pulsante posto sul bordo della calotta che può essere facilmente azionato con la mano sinistra.
Sistema antifog
Speedstar 2 è dotato di PINLOCK® MAX VISION 120, il sistema antifog più performante del mercato.
Ventilazione
È durante i viaggi più caldi e impegnativi che si richiede al casco il massimo delle prestazioni, poter contare su un sistema di ventilazione efficiente è fondamentale per mantenere la concentrazione del motociclista ad alti livelli.
Speedstar 2 è dotato di quattro condotti di aspirazione dell'aria che lavorano insieme a un sistema di canali di estrazione perfettamente integrato, garantendo un eccellente flusso d'aria all'interno del casco. L'estrazione dell'aria calda è stata studiata con cura; due estrattori d'aria incorporati, insieme allo spoiler posteriore, creano un effetto Venturi aspirando l'aria calda interna.
Interni
I guanciali e il comfort interno possono essere rimossi, lavati e sostituiti. Sono realizzati in pregiato tessuto Hydrocool con fibre specifiche che offrono le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Espellono il sudore dalla testa .
- Mantengono la testa fresca e asciutta .
- Tessuto leggero, morbido e traspirante .
I cuscinetti per le guance sono personalizzabili e facilmente rimovibili in caso di emergenza grazie al sistema di sgancio rapido.
Sistema di ritenzione
Il mento è dotato di un sistema di ritenzione con fibbia micrometrica che consente un facile rilascio del sistema di ritenzione.

The shell, in 2 sizes, is made with a new layer of carbon, aramid and glass fibers specifically designed for E2206 approval. The Hydrocool interiors are produced with the best technologies to guarantee reliability, comfort and safety.
The typical performances of the racing world meet the tourist-sports ones to give an aerodynamic, versatile, comfortable helmet with technical solutions suitable for any type of road.

Shell
The shell is made of TRICOMPOSITE fiber, a new composite that allows to obtain a lighter, but at the same time a harder and more protective shell.
The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with fiberglass and aramidic fibers that ensure a lighter, but much more resistant-to-impacts shell, as ECE 22.06 normative requests.
To satisfy even the most exigent customers, Speedstar 2 is produced in two different shells: M and L.
Protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene liner is realized in four sizes (S, M, L and XL) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power.
Visor
The visor is PC injected, antiscratch, with variable thickness. It is easy to remove thanks to a system that doesn’t require the use of any tool. The release lever is made of a particular light metal alloy that gives greater solidity to the assembly. The visor is also equipped with a locking mechanism “Racing Lock System” (PAT PEND) in light metal alloy. The mechanism reduces the possibility of detachment in case of crash and makes the system more intuitive.
Sun shield
Speedstar 2 is equipped with a wide internal sun visor, with cable technology that ensures fluid movement through a button located on the edge of the shell that can be easily operated with the left hand.
Antifog system
Speedstar 2 is equipped with PINLOCK® MAX VISION 120, the most performing antifog system in the market.
Ventilation
It is during the hottest and most demanding journeys that maximum performance is required from the helmet, being able to count on an efficient ventilation system makes is crucial by maintaining the rider’s focus at high levels.
Speedstar 2 features four air intake ducts that work in conjunction with a seamlessly integrated extraction channel system, ensuring excellent airflow within the helmet. The extraction of hot air is carefully studied; two embedded air extractors, together with the rear spoiler, create a Venturi effect by sucking in the hot internal air.
Interior
The cheek pads and the internal comfort can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of precious Hydrocool fabric with specific fibers that offer the following features:
- Send away sweat from the head
- Keep fresh and dry
- Light fabric, soft and breathable
Cheek pads are customizable and easily removable in case of emergency thanks to the quick release system.
Retention System
The chin is provided with micrometric buckle retention system enabling an easy release of the retain system.
