Het vSystem werkt op zwaartekracht, aangedreven door de onderdruk van de motor. De olie wordt naar het oppervlak van het tandwiel geleid, waar het de ketting smeert. Je ketting wordt gesmeerd terwijl je rijdt – continu, met instelbaar debiet – en de smering stopt wanneer je stopt.

Hoe het werkt
Het Scottoiler vSystem is een volwassen product dat al 30 jaar wordt gemaakt en voortdurend wordt ontwikkeld en verbeterd. Dit klassieke product maakt indruk met zijn eenvoudige maar effectieve technologie, is slijtagevrij en de initiële kosten zijn snel terugverdiend.
Het systeem wordt aangesloten op het vacuüm van de machine. Het werkt alleen als de motor draait. Afhankelijk van de ingestelde druppelsnelheid worden 1-2 druppels olie per minuut uit het reservoir afgegeven. Deze stromen door de toevoerslang naar de injector, die de olie op het kettingblad doseert. Centrifugaalkracht drijft de olie in de ketting. Capillaire werking zorgt ervoor dat beide kanten van de ketting van olie worden voorzien. Smering met olie voorkomt dat vuildeeltjes blijven plakken.
De montage is heel eenvoudig en wordt indien nodig ondersteund door specifieke informatie van de importeur. Alle montageonderdelen zitten in de kit. Het systeem kan op bijna elke motorfiets worden geïnstalleerd, inclusief motorfietsen met brandstofinspuiting, tweetaktmotoren, ATV's en quads. Elke Scottoiler-kit houdt de prestaties van de ketting op peil door deze schoon en soepel te houden. Kettingslijtage wordt aanzienlijk verminderd en reinigen en smeren is niet meer nodig. With the new vSystem, Scottoiler has succeeded in creating a visually perfect and easy-to-install system, even for motorcycles with limited space for installation. The Scottoiler vSystem is a vacuum-controlled chain lubricator that lubricates the chain fully automatically while riding.
The vSystem is Scottoiler's latest and smallest chain oil injection system, which is universally suitable for all motorcycles. With a smaller reservoir (35 ml, range approx. 1000 km), it is easier to install, especially on modern motorcycles with limited installation space. The kit contains all necessary installation parts, instructions, the reservoir and the connections.
The kit includes a 250 ml bottle of original Scottoil. Sufficient for up to 12,500 km. Please use only original Scottoil to avoid damaging your system and to achieve the best possible chain performance.
The vSystem uses gravity, driven by the negative pressure of the engine. The oil is directed to the surface of the sprocket, where it lubricates the chain. Your chain is lubricated while you ride – continuously, with adjustable flow rate – and lubrication stops when you stop.

How it works
The Scottoiler vSystem is a mature product that has been manufactured for 30 years and is continuously developed and improved. This classic product impresses with its simple but effective technology, is wear-free, and the initial costs are quickly recouped.
The system is connected to the machine's vacuum. It only works when the engine is running. Depending on the preset drip rate, 1-2 drops of oil per minute are dispensed from the reservoir. These flow through the delivery hose to the injector, which dispenses the oil onto the chainring. Centrifugal force drives the oil into the chain. Capillary action ensures that both sides of the chain are supplied with oil. Lubrication with oil prevents dirt particles from sticking.
Installation is very simple and, if necessary, supported by specific information from the importer. All mounting parts are included in the kit. The system can be installed on almost any motorcycle, including fuel-injected, 2-stroke, ATV, and quad bikes. Special installation instructions are available for almost all models.
Every Scottoiler kit maintains the performance of the chain, keeping it clean and smooth. Chain wear is significantly reduced, and cleaning and lubrication are no longer necessary. The system does not consume any power, does not interfere with the engine or electronics, and is wear-free.
