Tuta in pelle a 1 pezzo di altissimo livello, su base MotoGP, per piloti e motociclisti in condizioni di caldo intenso.
La Ignite è composta quasi interamente da pelle bovina di alta qualità. La combinazione di pelle traforata, tessuto elastico dinamico e rete nelle aree giuste offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi: un alto livello di ventilazione e un'eccellente resistenza all'abrasione.

Aeroback™
Come Quasimodo, una tuta da corsa non è la stessa senza la sua gobba. Le tute in pelle Macna’1 sono dotate della gobba Aeroback™, sviluppata in collaborazione con gli atleti professionisti della MotoGP, tra le altre competizioni.
La gobba Aeroback’di Macna’protegge innanzitutto la colonna vertebrale e il collo. Grazie alla sua forma, la gobba migliora anche l'aerodinamica e rende quindi più veloci. In alcuni modelli, l'Aeroback™ è predisposto per una vescica di idratazione.
Porta di idratazione
Durante un allenamento intenso, come una sessione in pista, è necessario rimanere idratati – se possibile, senza togliere le mani dal manubrio. Poiché le tute da corsa aderiscono il più possibile, c’è solo un posto dove andare: la gobba.
Alcune tute Macna’dotate della nostra gobba Aeroback™ sono predisposte per l'inserimento di una vescica di idratazione all'interno. Il beccuccio della vescica può essere portato sulla spalla destra o sinistra. Tenere d'occhio l'indicazione Hydration Port sulla parte superiore della gobba.
Protezioni R.I.S.C.™
Un indumento può essere dotato di protezioni di livello 1 o 2, a seconda del segmento di appartenenza. Le protezioni di livello 2 sono più spesse e pesanti di quelle di livello 1, ma a loro volta offrono una protezione migliore. Non troverete protezioni per il petto e la schiena nei capi Macna’ad eccezione delle giacche protettive come la Korus e la Whizzar– ma sono disponibili separatamente se desiderate una protezione extra. Protezione toracica R.I.S.C.™
Questa protezione, unica nel suo genere, è disponibile solo nel livello 1 e consiste in due pezzi separati che si incastrano automaticamente dopo averli posizionati negli appositi scomparti della giacca Macna e averli chiusi con la zip.
Armax™
Per continuare a migliorare la sicurezza dei prodotti Macna’e quindi dei motociclisti, i loro progettisti sono costantemente messi alla prova. In questo caso, il loro compito è stato quello di trovare e rivedere il famoso anello più debole durante un incidente.
Dopo aver analizzato centinaia di tute e guanti in incidenti ad alta velocità, a bassa velocità, in high sider e low sider, l'anello più debole si è rivelato tutt'altro che sorprendente: le cuciture.
Cosa ha sorpreso: le cuciture si trovano in tutte le principali zone di impatto, come gomiti, ginocchia e spalle. L'industria ha tenuto insieme le cose con un pezzo di spago? Accidenti! Ci vorrebbe un po' di macnaficazione.
Protezione per le spalle Armax™
Per proteggere la spalla, una solida piastra di base in nylon rinforzato con fibra di vetro viene fissata nella spalla. A top-level, on MotoGP-based, leather 1-piece suit for racers and riders in hot riding conditions.
The Ignite consists almost fully of high-quality cow leather. Combining perforated leather, dynamic stretch fabric, and mesh in the right areas provides the best of both worlds; a high level of ventilation and excellent abrasion resistance.
Its Floating Collar™ is made of soft neoprene that doesn’t scratch your neck when moving around on the bike. Behind the collar you’ll find Macna's Aeroback™ hump that provides improved aerodynamics and protection for your spine, as well as space for a hydration bladder.
The exterior shoulder, elbow, and knee protection features a patented construction that leaves out the need for seams in these (possible) impact areas. By eliminating the weakest link of the construction, Armax™ is able to provide the highest level of safety.
Macna's RISC™ Level 2 impact protectors are present at the shoulders, elbows, and knees. The hips are equipped with level 1 protectors.
RISC™ back and chest protectors are separately available and can easily be placed in the designated compartment. Be sure to check the size table before purchasing a back protector.
At the outside of the knees you’ll find the sliders and on the inside of the knees Macna opted for rubber-like Knee Grips™ made of TPR.
Last but not least, its inner chest pocket is fitted with a simple yet useful extension that enables quick and easy access to whatever you have stored in there. Macna calls it the Quick Access Puller™.

Cow Leather
Cow leather is a strong and durable leather which retains its shape very well. It is strong, robust and has a fine regular structure.
3D Mesh
3D mesh offers a perfect combination of cushioning and good ventilation thanks to its open structure through which air can circulate very well.
Dynamic Stretch
Strong and durable double-weave fabric with Aramid yarns. The fabric has 4-way stretch for ease, comfort and a good fit. The fabric is coated, which makes it windproof and water-resistant.
Quick Access Puller™
The inner pocket of your motorcycle jacket usually holds important objects, such as your wallet or mobile phone. They’re secured safely by the most isolated pocket in your jacket, though they’re also not quickly accessible.
Enter Macna’s Quick Access Puller™: an extended cord that’s attached to the bottom and the runner of the zip. This enables you to open the inner pocket swiftly and gain access to its contents, without having to fumble for the runner when you’re wearing gloves.
Floating Collar™
When shifting your bodyweight around the bike or when diving for the apex, you often feel the collar of your suit being pressed against your neck or throat. Ride around like this long enough and you’ll look like you’re suffering from a serious rash, not to mention the irritation you feel on your skin.
By using neoprene fabric, Macna’s Floating Collar™ provides a soft fit and feel to it. In contrast to traditional scratchy collars, the Floating Collar™ prevents pressure points around the neck and raises your comfort.
Aeroback™
Just like Quasimodo, a racing suit just isn’t the same without its hump. Macna’s 1-piece leathersuits are fitted with the Aeroback™ hump, which is developed in collaboration with professional athletes in MotoGP, among other competitions.
Macna’s Aeroback™ hump first and foremost protects your spine and neck. Through its shape, the hump also improves aerodynamics and thus makes you faster. In some models, the Aeroback™ is prepared for a hydration bladder.
Hydration Port
During an intense workout, like a track session, you need to stay hydrated – if possible, without taking your hands off the handlebars. Because racing suits fit as tightly as possible, there’s only one place to go: the hump.
Some of Macna’s suits that feature our Aeroback™ hump are prepared to fit a hydration bladder inside. The nozzle of the bladder can be led over the left or right shoulder. Keep an eye out for the Hydration Port indication at the top of the hump.
R.I.S.C.™ Protectors
A garment can be fitted with Level 1 or Level 2 protectors, depending on which segment you’re going for. Level 2 protectors are thicker and heavier than Level 1, but in turn they provide better protection. Both levels of RISC protectors are interchangeable and separately available, so you can easily scale down or up if you’d like to.
R.I.S.C.™ Back Protector
You won’t find chest and back protectors in Macna’s garments – with exception of protective jackets such as the Korus and Whizzar – but they are separately available should you fancy extra protection. Make sure to check out the size table if you’re thinking about purchasing a Level 2 back protector.
R.I.S.C.™ Chest Protector
This unique protector is only available in Level 1 and consists of two separate pieces that automatically interlock after placing them in the designated compartments of your Macna jacket and zipping up.
Armax™
In order to keep improving the safety of Macna’s products and thus of motorcyclists, their designers are constantly being challenged. In this case, they were tasked to find and revise the notorious weakest link during a crash.
After analysing hundreds of suits and gloves caught in high-speed crashes, low speed crashes, high siders and low siders, the weakest link turned out to be anything but surprising: the seams.
What did surprise; seams can be found in all major impact zones like elbows, knees, and shoulders. Has the industry been holding things together with a piece of string? Yikes! This could use some macnafication.
Armax™ shoulder protector
To protect the shoulder, a tough solid base plate made of nylon reinforced with fiber glass is fixed in the shoulder. A hard abrasion resistant cover is then mounted on top of the base plate, keeping everything lock-tight in place. Providing you protection and abrasion resistance, these shoulder protectors are solid as a rock. They add safety and durability by covering the seams on critical spots. The clean Armax™ design never made safety looking better.
